Gordon James Ramsay is a British celebrity chef, restaurateur, television presenter, and writer. His restaurant group, Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, was founded in 1997 and has been awarded 17 Michelin stars overall and currently holds eight. His signature restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London, has held three Michelin stars since 2001. Christina Michelle Wilson is an American chef and reality television personality. She was the winner of season 10 of the FOX Network's reality cooking show Hell's Kitchen. She was awarded the position of chef de cuisine at Gordon Ramsay Steak at the Paris Las Vegas. During 2014 Wilson was the Executive Chef of Gordon Ramsay BurGR at Planet Hollywood Las Vegas. In 2015, she became the Corporate Executive Chef of Gordon Ramsay Restaurant Group. In 2016 and from 2018-2023, she returned to Hell's Kitchen as a Sous-chef. From 2020 to 2023, she was the VP Culinary at Gordon Ramsay North America.

Jason "Jay" Santos is a Boston-based restaurateur, cookbook author, runner-up on Hell’s Kitchen season 7 and has appeared on Bar Rescue seasons 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9. He returned for season 19 of Hell's Kitchen as Gordon Ramsay's sous-chef when the season debuted in January 2021, and has stayed for seasons 20, 21, and 22. He went by Jay in his earlier appearances on Hell’s Kitchen but goes by Jason now.
