The University of Michigan School of Public Health is one of the professional graduate schools of the University of Michigan. Located in Ann Arbor,Michigan,UM SPH is one of the oldest schools of public health in the country and is also considered one of the top schools focusing on health in the United States. Founded in 1941,the School of Public Health grew out of the University of Michigan's degree programs in public health,some of which date back to the 19th century.

She is known for her work in defining institutional racism,personally mediated racism,and internalized racism in the context of modern U.S. race relations. Bhramar Mukherjee is an Indian-American biostatistician,data scientist,professor and researcher. She is the John D. Rulan S. Parekh is an American-Canadian clinician-scientist and nephrologist. She is the vice president of research,education and innovation at Women's College Hospital and former senior scientist in Child Health Evaluative Sciences and Associate Chief of Clinical Research at SickKids.
April Perry Carson is an American epidemiologist. She is an associate professor of epidemiology and associate dean for diversity,equity,and inclusion at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Public Health. Carson is director of the Jackson Heart Study.
