Shayan Munshi is an Indian actor and model. He made his debut in the 2003 Bollywood film Jhankaar Beats and has performed in award-winning films such as The Bong Connection and Carnival. [2] Shayan has hosted Television series like Cook Na Kaho, High Tension, and worked with brands like L'Oreal, Levi's, Samsung and Bacardi.[ citation needed ]

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is the domestic crime investigating agency of India. It operates under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions. Air India Flight 182 was an Air India flight operating on the Montreal–London–Delhi–Bombay route. On 23 June 1985, it was operated using Boeing 747-237B registered VT-EFO. The aircraft suffered a catastrophic decompression en route from Montreal to London at an altitude of 31,000 feet (9,400 m) over the Atlantic Ocean as a result of an explosion from a bomb planted by Sikh terrorists. The remnants of the aircraft fell into the sea approximately 190 kilometres off the coast of Ireland, killing all 329 people aboard, including 268 Canadian citizens, 27 British citizens, and 24 Indian citizens. The bombing of Air India Flight 182 is the worst terrorist attack in Canadian history and the deadliest aviation incident in the history of Air India. Additionally, it was the world's deadliest act of aviation terrorism until the September 11 attacks in 2001. The only person convicted of the bombing was Inderjit Singh Reyat, a dual British-Canadian national who pleaded guilty in 2003.

Manu Sharma was later convicted for the murder and sentenced to life.

Suhaib Ilyasi is an Indian television producer and director. He was the host of the notable TV crime show India's Most Wanted. He was the editor of the news magazine Bureaucracy Today'. After his wife died in 2000, Ilyasi was charged under Section 304B of the Indian Penal Code for dowry death. He also got involved in a legal battle with his in-laws for the custody of his daughter. Ilyasi was acquitted in the case, while the charges 498A and 304B were also not proven and Ilyasi was discharged for the aforesaid charges in the trial court. Later, he was charged with murdering his wife after 14 years of the incident. On December 20, 2017, he was convicted for the murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. On 5 October 2018, Delhi High Court acquitted him, stating that there was no evidence against him on record to sustain the conviction.
