Elections in the Netherlands Antilles were held for two territorial levels of government: the state, and the island territories.
The 'National Alliance' is a political alliance in Sint Maarten, formed by the Sint Maarten Patriotic Alliance (SPA) and the National Progressive Party (NPP). It is one of main political parties within Sint Maarten. At the legislative elections in the Netherlands Antilles, 18 January 2002, the alliance won 4.8% of the popular vote of Sint Maarten and 1 out of 22 seats. At the elections in the Netherlands Antilles of 27 January 2006, it won one extra seat.

The Windward Islands People's Movement (WIPM) is a political party in Saba, which held all five seats in the Island Council after the 2019 elections and until June 1, 2022, when council member Hemmie Van Xanten resigned from the party while continuing to serve as a councilor. When party member Esmeralda Johnson was elected to a seat on the island council in 2019, she became the youngest person ever to serve on it.

The One St. Maarten People Party (OSPP) is a political party in Sint Maarten founded in 2013 by former Sint Maarten Patriotic Alliance finance commissioner Lenny Priest. At the 2014 general elections on 29 August, the party obtained 1.16% of the votes and failed to obtain a seat in parliament.
The Concordia Political Alliance (CPA) is a political party in Sint Maarten founded in 2010 by Jeffry Richardson, a one-time executive assistant to former Democratic Party commissioners Roy Marlin and Louie Laveist. At the last general elections before the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles, 17 September 2010, the party won 1.0% of the popular vote and none of the 15 possible seats.
The Social Reform Party (SRP) is a political party in Sint Maarten founded in 2013 by former National Alliance member Jacinto Mock. At the 2014 general elections on 29 August, the party obtained 0.91% of the votes and failed to obtain a seat in parliament.
The National Democratic Party was a nationalist political party in Sint Maarten. Founded by Theophilus Priest, the party first contested national elections in 1999, but received only 7 votes, and failed to win a seat. They ran again in the 2003 receiving 41 votes, and again in the 2007 elections under the name Freedom Slate of the National Democratic Party, receiving 20 votes. The party did not contest any further elections.
Jorien Wuite is a Sint Maarten-Dutch civil servant, diplomat, and politician. Born in The Hague, she moved to Sint Maarten aged 32 to work in government. She rose to the position of Minister of Education, Culture, Youth and Sports and served as Minister Plenipotentiary of Sint Maarten in the period 2018–19. She moved back to the European part of the Netherlands due to her election to the House of Representatives in 2021 as a member of the social liberal party Democrats 66 (D66).
The United Democrats is a political party on Sint Maarten. The party was originally a merger between the Democratic Party (DP) and the United People's Party (UP). The UP left and re-established itself in 2020, leaving the United Democrats as essentially a direct continuation of the Democratic Party.
