Skyline Investments is a Canadian company. It is the Canadian division of Mishorim Development and is based in Toronto, Canada. Skyline is currently a public company with the ticker symbol SKLN. Operating throughout Canada, particularly in Ontario, [1] Skyline focuses on real estate, hospitality, community development, and various other areas. [2] In Ontario, Skyline owns and manages Deerhurst Resort & Village in Muskoka and Horseshoe Resort & Village, [3] although it intends to sell the property as of 2021. [4]

History

Skyline began operating in Canada in 1998. [5]

In the 2010s, Skyline worked on rebuilding the 12,000-acre (4,900 ha) Port McNicoll site in Ontario, Canada.

In 2011, Skyline International Developments Inc. (now Skyline Investments Inc.) bought the SS Keewatin, [6] Skyline Investments is also the owner of Keewatin and surrounding development properties in Canada. [7]

Gil Blutrich [8] served as the director until July 2020. [9] Alex Shnaider assumed control of the company starting in late 2020. [10]

Skyline (ticker symbol: SKLN) also trades on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) [4] The majority of Mishorim Development's operations are conducted through Skyline. [5]

SS Keewatin is a passenger liner that once sailed between Port Arthur/Fort William on Lake Superior and Port McNicoll on Georgian Bay in Ontario, Canada. She carried passengers between these ports for the Canadian Pacific Railway's Great Lakes steamship service. Keewatin also carried packaged freight goods for the railway at these ports.

Mishorim Development Ltd. is an Israeli company that was founded by Gil Blutrich in 1990. The current owner is Alex Shnaider. It is a public company traded at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange as of 2021. The company owns many historic sites and buildings in various countries, such as the town of Port McNicoll, Horseshoe Resort, King Edward Hotel, and Skyline Tower in Canada, as well as parts of the SunTrust International Center in Miami, United States.
