Southern Technical College is a private for-profit technical college with multiple locations in Florida. It was founded in 2001 and provides diploma and associate degree programs. Southwest Florida College merged into Southern Technical College in 2014. [1]

Stevens–Henager College was a private college headquartered in Ogden, Utah which was founded in 1891 and closed abruptly in August 2021. It was one of four educational institutions affiliated with the Salt Lake City–based Center for Excellence in Higher Education (CEHE). Established in 1891, the college had campuses in Idaho and Utah. Independence University was a private online career college headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was the online branch of Stevens–Henager College, and operated four schools: the School of Healthcare, the School of Business, the School of Technology, and the School of Graphic Arts. IU was founded by Carl Barney and owned and operated by the Center for Excellence in Higher Education (CEHE). Independence university was accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges but the accreditor has begun withdrawing its accreditation because the university allegedly "failed to demonstrate successful student achievement by maintaining acceptable rates of student graduation and employment." In 2021, IU canceled classes scheduled to start May 10. On August 1, 2021, Independence University closed its doors permanently.

McCann School of Business & Technology is a technical school with campuses in Monroe, Louisiana, Allentown, Pennsylvania, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania. It is accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges.

Florida Technical College is a private for-profit college with multiple campuses in Florida. It was established in 1982 and is part of National University College. FTC offers associate and bachelor's degrees as well as diploma programs on six campuses: Cutler Bay, DeLand, Orlando, Kissimmee, Pembroke Pines and Lakeland.

The Ohio Institute of Photography (OIP) was founded in 1971. In 1977, construction began on the main building. Classes began in the new building, designed specifically for photographic education, the following September. The building was expanded again in 1984.
