Fairview Mall is a large shopping centre in Toronto, Ontario, Canada of about 80,000 m2 (860,000 sq ft). Opened in 1970, the centre has over 180 stores, offices and a cinema complex. It is located several kilometres north-east of downtown, at the northeast corner of Don Mills Road and Sheppard Avenue East in the former city of North York.
Philadelphia Mills is an enclosed shopping mall in Northeast Philadelphia, bordering Bensalem in Bucks County and 15 miles (24 km) from Center City. Formerly named for Benjamin Franklin, the mall is home to 125 stores, a movie theatre, a food court, and seven theme restaurants and was visited by an estimated 18 million people in 2006. The anchor stores are Dave & Buster's, Forever 21, Urban Planet, Saks Fifth Avenue, Marshalls, HomeGoods, American Freight, Walmart, AMC Theatres, Burlington, and Turn 7 Liquidators. Two currently vacant anchor stores once housed Phar-Mor and Modell's Sporting Goods.
Southland Mall, originally known as Cutler Ridge Mall, is a shopping mall in Cutler Bay, Florida. It opened in 1978 as an extension of the Cutler Ridge Shopping Center, which itself was opened in 1960. Subsequent additions extended the mall in the early to mid-1980s.
Westland Mall was a defunct 860,000-square-foot (80,000 m2) shopping center located at the intersection of U.S. Route 40 and Interstate 270 on the west side of Columbus, Ohio. In November 2012, the majority of the mall closed, and the last anchor closed in 2017. A mixed use development is planned, and demolition began around August 2023.
Southlake Mall is a shopping mall in Hobart, Indiana that is marketed as being in Merrillville, Indiana, due primarily to being served by the 46410 postal Zip Code. The tract of land on which it sits was annexed by the city of Hobart from unincorporated Ross Township in 1993. It lies in the Chicago metropolitan area. Southlake Mall is the only enclosed super regional mall in Northwest Indiana, as well as one of largest in the state overall along with Castleton Square in Indianapolis and Glenbrook Square in Fort Wayne. The mall's anchor stores are Kohl's, JCPenney, Macy's, H&M, and Forever 21. There are three vacant anchors stores that were once Dick's Sporting Goods, Carson Pirie Scott, and Sears. The Macy's store was an L. S. Ayres store prior to September 9, 2006. The mall first opened with only two anchor stores – JCPenney and Sears – and the north and south anchor wings were added later. The former Carson's had housed the cafeteria-style "The Garden Restaurant" by the entrance near the security garage on the south side of the mall from 1975 to 1989.
The Mall of Louisiana is a mid-scale shopping mall in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, between I-10 and Bluebonnet Blvd. It is the largest mall in Louisiana and contains the third largest indoor carousel in the world. It is the only regional mall in Baton Rouge. The anchor stores are 2 Dillard's stores, Main Event Entertainment, JCPenney, and Macy's.
The Eastfield Mall was a shopping mall in Springfield, Massachusetts, which was owned by Mountain Development Corporation, and was built in late 1967 by the Rouse Company. The three anchors, JCPenney, Macy's, and Sears closed in 2011, 2016, and 2018, respectively. The movie theater, Cinemark closed in 2020. The mall was managed by Mountain Development.
Oakwood Center is a major shopping mall in Terrytown, Louisiana, on the West Bank of the Mississippi River in the New Orleans metropolitan area. It was originally named "Oakwood Mall", and some signage and local usage continue to call it that. It is geographically in Terrytown, but the mailing address is adjacent Gretna, Louisiana. The anchor stores are Dick's Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Shoe Dept. Encore, JCPenney, and Dillard's. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Sears.
Valley View Center is a former mall located at Interstate 635 and Preston Road in north Dallas, Texas, U.S. It is owned and managed by Dallas-based Beck Ventures. The mall was formerly home to anchor stores that were once JCPenney, Macy's, Sears, and Dillard's. The demolition of the mall was completed in May 2023.
Kings Plaza is a shopping center within the Mill Basin section of Brooklyn in New York City, New York, United States. Opened in September 1970, it is located at the southeast corner of Flatbush Avenue and Avenue U, just north of Floyd Bennett Field. The mall features the traditional retailers Target, Burlington, Primark, and Macy's. The mall features prominent specialty retailers including Cotton On, Sephora, Guess, Zara, Michael Kors, H&M, and Forever 21. The mall was originally owned by a joint venture between Macy's and Alexander's, and is currently owned and managed by Macerich. With approximately 4,200 jobs in retail services and over 120 individual stores, Kings Plaza is the largest indoor shopping center within the borough of Brooklyn.
Northridge Fashion Center is a large shopping mall located in Northridge, Los Angeles, California. It opened in 1971. It was severely damaged during the Northridge earthquake in 1994, but renovated extensively in 1995, 1998, and 2003. The mall features J. C. Penney, Macy's, and Macy's Furniture Gallery, Dick's Sporting Goods, in addition to an AMC Theatres.

Richardson Square Mall (1977-2006) was an enclosed single-level shopping center located in Richardson, Texas on Plano Road, stretching between the intersections of Belt Line Road and Spring Valley Road. The three adjacent corners of Belt Line and Plano Road were also occupied by shopping centers. The mall attached to an existing Sears, which served as an anchor store and remained in business after Richardson Square Mall was demolished in June 2007.

It went through a renovation in 1996. It is one of the leading shopping destinations in the Metroplex. The Dallas Morning News calls it "An overcrowded entertainment destination". It is the third-largest mall in Tarrant County behind its competitor, North East Mall. Major anchor stores include Dick's Sporting Goods, Dillard's, J. C. Penney, Macy's, and Nordstrom Rack.
Santa Maria Town Center is an indoor shopping center located in Santa Maria, California. It is located on the junctions of Routes 135 (Broadway) and 166, and Cook Street and Miller Street. Anchored by Macy's and Edwards Theatres, Santa Maria Town Center is the only enclosed shopping center in Santa Barbara County, and is the largest in the Central Coast, totaling about 600,000 square feet (56,000 m2) in area. It is home to a mix of 69 stores and eateries totaling approximately 25 acres (10 ha) of retail space, and features national retailers like Kay Jewelers, Bath & Body Works, Foot Locker, and GNC. The Town Center also features two three-level parking garages with 3,315 total parking spaces.
Washington Square Mall is a shopping mall located in Evansville, Indiana, United States. It opened October 31, 1963 and was the first enclosed shopping center in Indiana. Developed by Erie Investments, the mall was originally anchored by Sears and an A & P supermarket. Louisville-based Stewart Dry Goods was added, as a second anchor department store, in 1969. This store -as well as the entire chain- was merged with Indianapolis' L. S. Ayres chain in 1980.
La Cumbre Plaza is an outdoor shopping center located in Santa Barbara, California. The first property built by The Hahn Company, La Cumbre Plaza opened in 1967 and was purchased by Macerich in 2004. Macerich now holds a long-term lease, which goes through 2077 without ownership of the 31-acre site (13 ha). The shopping center spans 491,000 sq ft (45,600 m2) and is anchored by a Macy's.
