Sridharan Madhusudhanan (born 13 January 1966 [ citation needed ]) is an Indian diplomat and author. Ambassador of the Republic of India to Azerbaijan. [1]
He was posted as the spokesperson and head of the press,information and culture division of the Embassy of India,Washington,D.C.,where he worked till June 2016.[ citation needed ] He wrote the first direct translation book from Chinese to Tamil language,called Vaari choodinum paarppavar illai (Even if I adorn;there's none to behold) [2] and first book to introduce Chinese language in Tamil.
Madhusudhanan assumed his responsibilities as head of press,information and culture wing and the spokesperson of the Embassy of India in Washington in February 2013.[ citation needed ] As minister at the embassy,he headed the department dealing with press relations and media management,and cultural relations including institutional linkages,literature,performing arts,exhibitions,films,publications,scholars and distinguished visitors exchange programs. He also dealt with digital diplomatic initiatives as well as Indian chairs in the US universities and outreach programs.[ citation needed ]
He wrote Even if I Adorn,There's None to Behold –Book of Songs,the first-ever direct translation between Chinese and Tamil and ‘Chinese Language –an Introduction’in Tamil language. [3]

The Tamil people,also known as Tamilar,Tamilians,or simply Tamils,are a Dravidian ethnolinguistic group who natively speak the Tamil language and trace their ancestry mainly to India's southern state of Tamil Nadu,to the union territory of Puducherry,and to Sri Lanka. The Tamil language is one of the world's longest-surviving classical languages,with over 2000 years of Tamil literature,including the Sangam poems,which were composed between 300 BCE and 300 CE. People who speak Tamil as their mother tongue and are born in Tamil clans are considered Tamils.
Ashokamitran was the pen name of Jagadisa Thyagarajan,an Indian writer regarded as one of the most influential figures in post-independent Tamil literature. He began his prolific literary career with the prize-winning play "Anbin Parisu" and went on to author more than two hundred short stories,and a dozen novellas and novels. A distinguished essayist and critic,he was the editor of the literary journal "Kanaiyaazhi". He has written over 200 short stories,nine novels,and some 15 novellas besides other prose writings. Most of his works have also been translated into English and other Indian languages,including Hindi,Malayalam,and Telugu.
Hinduism is currently practiced by a minority of residents of China. Abd-al-Razzāq Samarqandī was a Persian Timurid chronicler and Islamic scholar. He was for a while the ambassador of Shah Rukh,the Timurid dynasty ruler of Persia.
