The Scottish Junior Football Association (SJFA) is an affiliated national association of the Scottish Football Association and is the governing body for the junior grade of football in Scotland. The term "junior" refers to the level of football played, not the age of the players. The closest equivalent terminology would be non-League football in England, the difference being that junior football in Scotland was not similarly integrated into its football league system until 2021.
The Scottish Junior Football Association, East Region is one of two regions of the SJFA, which currently organises the Midlands League and local cup competitions.
The Scottish Junior Cup is an annual football competition organised by the Scottish Junior Football Association. The competition has been held every year since the inception of the SJFA in 1886 and, as of the 2022–23 edition, 108 teams compete in the tournament. The cup has an unseeded knockout format with semi-finals over two legs and the final played at a neutral venue, always that of an SPFL club.
Kirkintilloch Rob Roy Football Club are a Scottish football club based in the town of Kirkintilloch, East Dunbartonshire. Nicknamed The Rabs or The Roy, they were formed in 1878. They wear red and black strips and currently compete in the West of Scotland League Premier Division.
The Scottish Junior Football East Region Premier League, was the second-highest division of the East Region of the Scottish Junior Football Association between 2006 and 2018.
The Intermediate dispute was a major split in Scottish football which lasted from 1925 to 1931 and concerned the compensation that Junior clubs received when one of their players moved to a Senior football league side. Although largely confined to the West of Scotland, the dispute involved many of the best Junior clubs in the country, setting them in direct conflict with both the Scottish Football Association (SFA) and their own organisation, the Scottish Junior Football Association (SJFA).
Hill of Beath Hawthorn Football Club are a Scottish football club from Hill of Beath, near Cowdenbeath, Fife. Formed in 1975, they play their home games at Keir's Park. Their colours are red with white flashes.

Brechin Victoria Junior Football Club are a Scottish Junior football club based in Brechin, Angus. Their home ground is Victoria Park. The club have recently celebrated their centenary year 1917–2017. They enjoy links with the community and Brechin Youth Clubs to promote and work on the player development and pathway from grass roots to first team level.
Downfield Football Club are a Scottish junior football club based in the Downfield area of Dundee. Their home ground is Downfield Park.
Lochgelly Albert Football Club is a Scottish football club based in Lochgelly, Fife. Their home ground is Purvis Park and they currently compete in the East of Scotland League Second Division. Club colours are black and amber.
Newburgh Football Club are a Scottish football club based in Newburgh, Fife. Their home ground is East Shore Park. The club was founded as Tayside Albion in 1887, changed their name to Newburgh West End in 1910, and assumed their current name in 1935. Team colours are black and white.
Thornton Hibs Football Club are a Scottish football club based in Thornton, Fife. Their home ground is Memorial Park and the team colours are green and white. They most recently played in the Junior East Region Super League.
Newtongrange Star Football Club is a Scottish football club based in the village of Newtongrange, Midlothian. The home ground is New Victoria Park. The facility includes an enclosed pitch with full floodlighting, covered enclosure, changing rooms, with a separate social club. The club also runs an actively used 7-a-side all-weather pitch, also floodlit.
Sauchie Juniors Football Club are a Scottish football club based in the village of Sauchie, Clackmannanshire. Their home ground is Beechwood Park and club colours are red and white. The team plays in the East of Scotland League Premier Division, having moved from the junior leagues in 2018.
East End Football Club are a Scottish football club from the city of Aberdeen. Members of the Scottish Junior Football Association, they currently play in the SJFA North Superleague. The club is based at New Advocates Park, 500 metres from Pittodrie Stadium, home of Aberdeen. Their home kit colours are black and gold.
Islavale Football Club are a Scottish football club based in the town of Keith, Moray. Founded in 1949 as a Welfare side, they joined the Scottish Junior Football Association in 1952 and currently play in the SJFA North Championship. The club were based at Fife Park in the Fife Keith area of the town before moving to Simpson Park in 1998. The Vale are near neighbours of local Highland League side Keith, whose Kynoch Park ground they used to occasionally share. Team colours are red and black.
The 2018–19 East Super League was the 17th season of the East Superleague, the top tier of league competition for SJFA East Region member clubs.
The Fife Junior Football League was a football league competition under the jurisdiction of the Scottish Junior Football Association, which operated as the top league in Fife until a merger in 2002; it existed for a further four years as a second-tier league before the name was discontinued in 2006.
