Stephanie Lynne made her Broadway debut as swing in the 2015 revival of Fiddler on the Roof which opened November 12, 2015 and closed December 31, 2016 for a total of 431 performances. [3] She also performed in Axis Theater Company's Evening 1910 which opened May 8, 2016 and performed for 3 weeks closing May 28, 2016 . [4] She played Dyanne in the national tour of Million Dollar Quartet, a jukebox musical celebrating early rock and roll stars, in September 2016. [5]

Stephanie Lynne has also performed with the National Yiddish Theater – Folksbiene's in their Off-Broadway run of Amerike the Golden Land which opened July 4, 2017 and performed for 6 weeks including a 2 weeks extension, closing August 20, 2017. [6] She also performed in the Folksbiene's sold-out run of The Sorceress in December 2017, a performance as part of the Folksbiene's restoration process. [7] Her Yiddish language skills are described by the Folksbiene's artistic director Zalman Mlotek as "a joy." [8]

In Spring of 2018, she appeared in the concert 'Rise Too: Our Story' a benefit performance for arthritis at the Davenport Theatre. [9] In the summer of 2018, Stephanie Lynne performed in the premiere of Fidler Afn Dakh as Hodel at the Folksbiene – continuing with the show as it won the Drama Desk Award for Best Revival of a Musical in June, 2019. Fiddler on the Roof is a musical with music by Jerry Bock, lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, and book by Joseph Stein, set in the Pale of Settlement of Imperial Russia in or around 1905. It is based on Tevye and his Daughters and other tales by Sholem Aleichem. The story centers on Tevye, a milkman in the village of Anatevka, who attempts to maintain his Jewish religious and cultural traditions as outside influences encroach upon his family's lives. He must cope with the strong-willed actions of his three older daughters who wish to marry for love; their choices of husbands are successively less palatable for Tevye. The National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene, commonly known as NYTF, is a professional theater company in New York City which produces both Yiddish plays and plays translated into Yiddish, in a theater equipped with simultaneous superscript translation into English. Robert Petkoff American stage actor

Zalmen Mlotek

Zalmen Mlotek is an American conductor, pianist, musical arranger, accompanist, composer, and the Artistic Director of the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene (NYTF), the longest continuous running Yiddish theatre in the world. He is an internationally recognized authority on Yiddish folk and theater music and a leading figure in the Jewish theatre and concert worlds. As the Artistic Director of the NYTF for the past twenty years, Mlotek helped revive Yiddish classics, instituted bi-lingual simultaneous English and Russian supertitles at all performances and brought leading creative artists of television, theatre and film, such as Itzhak Perlman, Mandy Patinkin, Sheldon Harnick, Theo Bikel, Ron Rifkin, and Joel Grey, to the Yiddish stage. His vision has propelled classics including NYTF productions of the world premiere of Isaac Bashevis Singer's Yentl in Yiddish (1998), Di Yam Gazlonim and the 1923 Rumshinky operetta, The Golden Bride (2016), which was nominated for a Drama Desk Award and listed as a New York Times Critics Pick. During his tenure at the NYTF, the theatre company has been nominated for over ten Drama Desk Awards, four Lucille Lortel Awards, and has been nominated for three Tony Awards. Dennis Courtney

Dennis H. Beaulne, better known by his stage name Dennis Courtney, is an American stage director, choreographer, actor and teacher of master classes in auditioning for the theatre. As a director, he is notable for winning the 2008 Israeli National Theatre Prize for his work in the Cameri Theatre production of Fiddler On The Roof, in Tel Aviv. The production closed on January 27, 2016 after a near 8-year run. As an actor, he made his Broadway debut in the 1979 production of Peter Pan with Sandy Duncan and George Rose. Subsequent Broadway/National Tour/Production credits include Shenandoah with John Raitt (1984), Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (1984), Roza (1987) and Starlight Express (1989-1990). He directed and choreographed a production of My Way, for the Riverside Center Theatre in Virginia and It Shoulda Been You starring Kim Zimmer and 8 Track: The Sounds of the 70's for Gretna Theatre in July and August 2016. In early 2017, he directed and choreographed Kiss Me, Kate at Kent State. In March 2017 he directed the pre-Broadway workshop production of The Last Adam, a new musical by George Alex Livings and Jonathan Hickey. He has collaborated with playwright David Brian Colbert on a new play with music about the life of legendary performer, Ethel Waters, entitled Still Waters: The Life of the Legendary Ethel Waters. The play is currently in development.

Sharon Wheatley American actress

Sharon Wheatley is an American actress, singer, and writer known for her work on the Broadway stage and in the New York theatre scene. She is currently (2020) performing in the Tony Award winning Broadway musical Come from Away, where she originated the role of Diane, a friendly Texan who finds love when the transcontinental flight she is aboard is suddenly diverted to Gander, Newfoundland, due to the events of September 11, 2001. Wheatley, who has been with the production since its first professional production at the La Jolla Playhouse in the spring of 2015, is expected to continue with the production throughout 2020.

Fidler Afn Dakh is a Yiddish-language adaptation of the musical Fiddler on the Roof translated and adapted by Shraga Friedman. The adaptation revisits the 1894 collection of Yiddish short stories on which Fiddler on the Roof is based, about Tevye the Dairyman. Friedman created the translation for a 1965 Israeli production. It was produced by the National Yiddish Theatre Folksbiene (NYTF) in New York City in 2018 and transferred off-Broadway to Stage 42 in 2019.

Eleanor Reissa is an American actress, singer, theatre director, playwright, librettist, choreographer, and translator based in New York City. She works and performs in English and Yiddish speaking stages. On Broadway, she was in the cast of Paula Vogel's Indecent as well as being nominated for a Tony Award as the director of the musical, Those Were the Days. (which she also choreographed and starred in). She interprets and performs of Yiddish theatre and song. Fiddler: A Miracle of Miracles, released May, 9th 2019, is an American documentary film about the creation and significance of the 1964 musical Fiddler on the Roof. Directed by Max Lewkowicz, it features interviews with Fiddler creators such as Jerry Bock, Sheldon Harnick, Joseph Stein, and Harold Prince, as well as scholars, actors, and other musical theatre figures such as Stephen Sondheim and Lin-Manuel Miranda.The documentary includes rarely-seen footage of the original Broadway cast as well as interviews with creators, actors, theatrical figures, and scholars.

Bruce Sabath is an American actor, known for his work in live-performance theater. He made his Broadway debut playing Larry in the 2006 Tony Award-winning revival of Stephen Sondheim's hit musical Company.
