Studenternas IP is a multi-use stadium in Uppsala, Sweden and the home arena for the football club IK Sirius Fotboll [1] on the men's side and IK Uppsala Fotboll on the women's and in bandy for IK Sirius in Elitserien and several other bandy teams. [2] It was inaugurated on 21 March 1909. [3]

The summer arena has a total capacity of 10,522 spectators and the winter arena 4,700. [4] The bandy finals were played here from 1991 until 2012. From 2018 until 2023, the finals were once again played at Studenternas. [5] The arena has a much bigger capacity during that weekend, for example 25,560 spectators saw the 2010 men's final. The summer arena underwent a major upgrade between 2017 and 2020. [6] The "new Studenternas" has a capacity of 10,522 spectators. The record attendance under the new capacity is 10,054, which was set when AIK won the Allsvenskan clash on July 31 2023. [7]

After the Christmas holiday the Allsvenskan was split into Elitserien and Superallsvenskan. The season ended in March with a final on Studenternas IP like the Super Bowl.

The Elitserien is since the 2007–08 season the highest bandy league in Sweden. It consists of 14 teams. The season ends with one final game in March. The final was held at Studenternas IP in Uppsala from 1991 until 2012. In 2013 and 2014 the final was played at Friends Arena in Solna, and from 2015 to 2017 it was played at the Tele2 Arena. The final returned to 4,600-capacity Studenternas IP indoor stadium in 2018.

The Stockholmsarenan, known as the Tele2 Arena for sponsorship reasons, is a retractable roof multi-purpose Arena in Stockholm Globe City, Johanneshov, just south of Stockholm City Centre, Sweden. It is used mostly for concerts and football matches, hosting home matches of Allsvenskan teams Djurgårdens IF and Hammarby IF. The 1969–70 Svenska Cupen was the 15th season of the main Swedish football Cup. The competition was concluded on 28 May 1970 with the final, held at Studenternas IP, Uppsala. Åtvidabergs FF won 2–0 against Sandvikens IF before an attendance of 3,110 spectators.
