Su Deliang (born January 1960) is a Chinese politician and the current Leader of the Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the Supreme People's Procuratorate. Previously he served as Vice-Minister of State Security,Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Ningxia Autonomous Region,Head of Ningxia Public Security Bureau,President of Ningxia Jurisprudence Society,and a member of the CPC Ningxia Provincial Standing Committee. Born in Shengzhou,Zhejiang in January 1960,Su Deliang graduated from Central Party School of the Communist Party of China.
Su began his political career in September 1980,and joined the Communist Party of China in March 1985. [1]
Beginning in 1984,he served in several posts in Shanghai Municipal State Security Agency,including deputy sector chief,deputy director,and assistant director.
In August 1999,he was transferred to southwest China's Hainan and appointed deputy head of Hainan Provincial State Security Agency,and a member of the party committee,he served there until August 2002.
In August 2002,he was transferred again to northwest China's Ningxia Autonomous Region,where he became its deputy secretary-general,party boss and head of its Provincial State Security Agency,and was re-elected in March 2005. He also served as Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee from December 2006 to May 2013,and he was a member of its CPC Standing Committee between June 2007 to May 2013. [2]
In May 2013,Su Deliang was promoted to become a member of the Ministry of State Security of the Communist Party of China,and concurrently served as its director of the Political Department. [3] In August 2015,he was promoted again to become Vice-Minister of State Security,replacing Ma Jian,who was stripped of his post for alleged "serious violations of discipline and laws" during the Chinese government's ongoing anti-corruption campaign. [4]
In May 2018,he became leader of the Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission in the Supreme People's Procuratorate,replacing Wang Xingning .
The orders of precedence in China is the ranking of political leaders in China for the purposes of event protocol and to arrange the ordering of names in official news bulletins,both written and televised. It is also sometimes used to assess perceived level of political power. Before beginning his political career,Su served as the Vice-President in the state-owned PetroChina Company Limited. He later became chief executive of Sinopec Group. In 2011,Su was named Governor of Fujian. He was investigated by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in 2015 and subsequently expelled from the Chinese Communist Party for violating organizational discipline. He was sentenced to sixteen years in prison upon being convicted on charges of bribery and abuse of power.
Zhu Mingguo is a former Chinese politician of Li ethnic heritage who spent his career in Guangdong,Hainan,and Chongqing. Zhu was an alternate member of 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was investigated by the Chinese Communist Party's anti-corruption agency in November 2014. Previously he served as the chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He has become the second senior Party and government official to be investigated in Guangdong in six months,following Wan Qingliang,former Party chief of Guangzhou.
Dong Hongyun is a former Chinese politician from Shanxi province. He was investigated by the Communist Party of China's anti-graft agency in December 2014. Previously he served as the Communist Party Secretary of Xinzhou and before that,mayor of Lüliang.

Mo Jiancheng is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in both Inner Mongolia and Jiangxi. Previously he served as leader of the discipline inspection team sent by Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) to Ministry of Finance (MOF) from December 2015 to August 2017,Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Jiangxi from January 2015 to December 2015,executive vice-governor of Jiangxi from July 2013 to September 2015,Communist Party Secretary of Baotou from November 2006 to April 2010,and Communist Party Secretary of Tongliao from January 2003 to December 2004. Mo worked with Su Rong for a long time.
