Super Real Me is the debut extended play (EP) by South Korean girl group Illit. It was released on March 25, 2024, by Belift Lab and YG Plus. The album comprises four tracks, including the lead single "Magnetic". During its first week of release, Super Real Me sold over 380,000 physical copies worldwide. [1] By the end of April, the album's sales had surpassed 500,000 copies. [2]
On February 13, 2024, Belift Lab officially confirmed that Illit will be debuting in March. [3] On February 21, 2024, the label confirmed furthermore that Illit would be debuting with an extended play (EP) with Hybe's chairman starring as the producer of the extended play. [4] On February 26, 2024, the label revealed the name of Illit's extended play debut, Super Real Me, alongside album pre-orders. [5] A week later, the tracklist of the extended play with revealed via social media accounts, with "Magnetic" as the lead single. [6] Eight days later, the highlight medley teaser was revealed. Rainbow (Korean: 레인보우) was a South Korean girl group formed in 2009 by DSP Media. The group is composed of seven members: Woori, Seungah, Jaekyung, Noeul, Yoonhye, Jisook and Hyunyoung. They released their debut EP Gossip Girl on November 12, 2009, and since released two studio albums and five extended plays, In October 2016, DSP Media announced that Rainbow would disband after seven years because their contracts expired. In November 2019, the group was re-formed for their tenth anniversary.
