Svetlanas

Svetlanas are a Russian thrashcore and punk rock band formed in Moscow, Russia and based in Milan, Italy. Its current lineup consists of Olga Svetlanas on lead vocals, Ricky on guitar, Steve on bass, and Diste, Olga's husband, on drums. [1] Bassist Nick Oliveri frequently appears on the band's releases. [2]

Svetlanas originated in Russia in 2009. Their self-titled debut album was released a year later in 2010. The lineup has changed since the formation of the band but has now remained constant, as of January 2018. [3]

The Amboy Dukes were an American rock band formed in 1964 in Chicago, Illinois, and later based in Detroit, Michigan. Nick Steven Oliveri is an American multi-instrumentalist, singer and songwriter. He is best known as a former bassist of Kyuss and later Queens of the Stone Age from 1998 to 2004. Oliveri is also a solo artist and frequent contributor to his friends' albums and tours, including Winnebago Deal, Masters of Reality, Turbonegro, Moistboyz, Svetlanas and Big Scenic Nowhere among many others. He is currently the frontman of his project, Mondo Generator, a punk and metal hybrid that he formed in 1997, and the co-founder of the stoner rock power trio, Stöner. He has also worked periodically with the Dwarves since 1993.

Toy Dolls are an English punk rock band formed in 1979. Departing from the angry lyrics and music often associated with punk rock, the Toy Dolls worked within the aesthetics of punk to express a sense of fun, with songs such as "Yul Brynner Was a Skinhead", "My Girlfriend's Dad's a Vicar" and "James Bond Lives Down Our Street". There is often alliteration in their song titles. They are probably best known however for their sole UK hit, a punk-rock cover of "Nellie the Elephant".

The Queers are an American punk rock band, formed in 1981 by Portsmouth, New Hampshire native Joseph “Joe” P. King along with Scott Gildersleeve, and John “Jack” Hayes. With the addition of Keith Hages joining on bass in 1983 the band started playing their first public performances. This original lineup played a total of five or six live shows. The original lineup of The Queers initially broke up in late 1984, but reformed with Joe Queer and a new line-up in 1986. In 1990, the band signed with Shakin' Street Records and released their first album Grow Up. The album earned the band notability within New England, but with the release of their next album 1993's Love Songs for the Retarded, on Lookout! Records, their following grew larger.

Grim Reaper were a British heavy metal band from the new wave of British heavy metal era. The band was formed in 1979 in Droitwich, England, by guitarist Nick Bowcott, and there have been numerous lineup changes over the years, with frontman Steve Grimmett being the longest running member, from 1982 to 1988, then 2006 until his death in 2022. They are best known for several of their 1980s songs, including the respective title tracks from their first three albums: See You in Hell (1983), Fear No Evil (1985) and Rock You to Hell (1987); each of those songs gained notoriety in the 1990s for appearing on Beavis and Butt-Head. After disbanding in 1988, the band reformed in 2006 around Grimmett, and due to legal issues surrounding the rights to the original band name, they went by Steve Grimmett's Grim Reaper. Two albums under that name were since released: Walking in the Shadows (2016) and At the Gates (2019).

Steve Soto was an American musician. Soto was a multi-talented instrumentalist, a founding member of California punk rock band Agent Orange in 1979, and a founding member of Adolescents in 1980 performing on bass guitar in both bands. Soto was also a member of Legal Weapon, Joyride, Manic Hispanic and the punk supergroup 22 Jacks. Soto fronted his own band, Steve Soto and the Twisted Hearts and he also became a member of Punk Rock Karaoke in 2001.

Mondo Generator is an American rock band founded in 1997 by Nick Oliveri.

Hatriot is an American thrash metal band formed in 2011 by former singer Steve "Zetro" Souza (Exodus) and guitarist Kosta Varvatakis. The band's current lineup includes Kosta V and Miguel Esparza on guitars, Souza's sons, Cody Souza on bass and vocals and Nick Souza on drums. They have been under contract with Massacre Records since 2012. Local San Francisco favorites they have made waves on the west coast with several tours. In summer of 2013 they played the Ernie Ball stage at Vans Warped tour. Later that year they performed at Eidenhoven Metal Meeting in Holland alongside Accept, Death Angel, Sabaton, Therion and many more. In 2015, Steve Souza announced he had stepped down as the front man of the band, due to his commitments to Exodus. His son Cody has since taken over lead vocals.

The Chuck Norris Experiment also known as CNE is a Swedish hard rock band formed in 2004 with punk rock influences and is based in Gothenburg. The name is not a tribute to the actor Chuck Norris, but rather to the American blues guitarist Charles "Chuck" Norris. The debut album was the self-titled Chuck Norris Experiment in 2005 on the Italian record label Scarey Records and the Finnish label Bad Attitude Records, and in the USA by Devil Doll Records with adding of two bonus tracks. The band has released 8 studio albums and in 2012, a split album with Nick Oliveri.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Lifesigns</span>

Lifesigns are an English progressive rock band, first conceived by lead singer and keys player John Young in 2008. By 2014, the band's lineup included Steve Rispin as their sound engineer, Jon Poole on bass and vocals, Martin "Frosty" Beedle on drums, percussion and vocals, and formerly Niko Tsonev on guitars and vocals. After Tsonev departed the band in 2016, Dave Bainbridge joined on guitar and additional keys. Beedle left the band in 2020 and was replaced by Zoltán Csörsz.
