Hannu Tapio Yli-Karro (born 11 October 1953, Rauma [1] ) is a Finnish former football referee. He was a FIFA listed international assistant referee from 1990 to 1998. [2]

Yli-Karro officiated 23 international matches, 16 matches at the UEFA club competitions and several youth internationals. He was appointed as an assistant referee to the 1994 FIFA World Cup, 1993 FIFA World Youth Championship and 12th Arabian Gulf Cup. [2] Yli-Karro and Arne Eriksson are the only Finnish referees at World Cup finals so far.

He lives in Western Finnish town Rauma and is working as a headmaster on a high school at Säkylä municipality. [3]

Anthony Taylor is an English professional football referee from Wythenshawe, Manchester. In 2010, he was promoted to the list of Select Group Referees who officiate primarily in the Premier League, and in 2013 became a listed referee for FIFA allowing him to referee European and international matches. In 2015, he officiated the Football League Cup final at Wembley Stadium when Chelsea defeated Tottenham Hotspur 2–0. Taylor returned to Wembley later that year to officiate the Community Shield as Arsenal beat Chelsea 1–0. He refereed the 2017 and 2020 FA Cup finals, both between Chelsea and Arsenal; Arsenal won on both occasions 2–1. Upon the selection, he became the first man to referee a second FA Cup final since Arthur Kingscott in 1901.

Héctor Walter Baldassi is an Argentine retired football referee and politician. His first Argentine first division was in 1998 and only two years later he debuted internationally. Nicknamed La Coneja, Baldassi officiated several CONMEBOL club competitions including the final match of the 2008 Copa Libertadores, and participated in several international competitions including the 2004 Copa América and the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. He was called for the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup but was later dismissed because one of his assistants didn't pass the medical tests.
