Teten Masduki (born 6 May 1963) is an Indonesian social activist involved in public clearinghouse for information about corruption,collusion,and nepotism of Indonesia. [1] [2] [3] He was awarded Ramon Magsaysay Award in 2005. He was appointed as the Minister for Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises in the Onward Indonesia Cabinet in October 2019. [4]
On 2 September 2015,he was appointed by President as Chief of Presidential Staff replacing Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan.
The Ramon Magsaysay Award is an annual award established to perpetuate former Philippine President Ramon Magsaysay's example of integrity in governance,courageous service to the people,and pragmatic idealism within a democratic society. The prize was established in April 1957 by the trustees of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund based in New York City with the concurrence of the Philippine government. It is often called the "Nobel Prize of Asia".
Ramon del Fierro Magsaysay Sr. was a Filipino statesman who served as the seventh President of the Philippines,from December 30,1953,until his death in an aircraft disaster on March 17,1957. An automobile mechanic by profession,Magsaysay was appointed military governor of Zambales after his outstanding service as a guerrilla leader during the Pacific War. He then served two terms as Liberal Party congressman for Zambales's at-large district before being appointed Secretary of National Defense by President Elpidio Quirino. He was elected president under the banner of the Nacionalista Party. He was the youngest to be elected as president,and second youngest to be president. He was the first Philippine president born in the 20th century and the first to be born after the Spanish colonial era.

Therdchai Jivacate is a Thai orthopedic surgeon and inventor known for his humanitarian activities in providing free prosthetic limbs to impoverished amputees,and for his development of techniques allowing low-cost,high-quality prostheses to be made from local materials. The activities of the Prostheses Foundation,which he founded in 1992 under royal sponsorship from the Princess Mother Srinagarindra,have expanded beyond the borders of Thailand to Malaysia,Laos,and Burma. Jivacate has established Thailand's first and only educational institution of occupational therapy at Chiang Mai University. He has also created an educational programme for children suffering from chronic diseases at Maharaj Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima. In 2008,he was given the Ramon Magsaysay Award for Public Service.
