Thadal (Sindhi : ٿاڌل) is a cooling and energizing drink, used by the pehlwan of the Sindh province in Pakistan. [1] The drink keeps the wrestler's liver cool during fights and exercises. [2] The drink is prepared using ground char magaz, dry fruits, pepper and almonds.

Sindhi cuisine refers to the distinct native cuisine of the Sindhi people from Sindh, Pakistan. Sindhi cuisine has been influenced by Central Asian, Iranian, Mughal food traditions.
