Sotho–Tswana languages are a group of closely related Bantu languages spoken in Southern Africa. The Sotho–Tswana group corresponds to the S.30 label in Guthrie's 1967–71 classification of languages in the Bantu family.
Atteridgeville is a township located to the west of Pretoria, South Africa. From 2021 onwards, the winner of Miss South Africa will be competing in Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Supranational. The current Miss South Africa 2022 is Ndavi Nokeri. On May 11, 2023 Miss South Africa Organisation has lost its license as a Miss World licensee holder to Carol Bouwer Productions which has taken over the license of Miss World South Africa pageant.
Thato Batshegi is an Olympic boxer from Botswana. Batshegi competed at the 2nd AIBA African 2008 Olympic Qualifying Tournament and the 2006 Commonwealth Games. At the 2008 Olympic qualifying tournament, Batshegi lost to Kenyan Nick Okoth in the gold medal match, but still qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics.
