It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005 and designated a city of Detroit historic district in 2016.

The Wayne and The Waldorf Apartments are two historic apartment buildings located in downtown Buffalo, Erie County, New York. They were built about 1897, and are twin four-story, three-bay, painted brick buildings with modest Colonial Revival style detailing. Each building houses four apartment suites, or “flats” per floor for a total of 16 apartment units. The buildings are situated along Waldorf Place, a small private lane running between the two. The buildings have been renovated.

It features a recessed central entrance bay, limestone arched entrance, and brick and stone checkerwork at the third floor level.

The building has four apartments per floor, for a total of twelve in the building. The front facade features a metal balconette above the central recessed entrance and a two-story tripartite Palladian window with fluted Corinthian pilaster mullions.
The Breslin is a historic six-story building in the Cliff/Cannon neighborhood of Spokane, Washington. It was designed by architect Albert Held in the Classical Revival style, and built in 1910 by W.H. Stanley with "Tenino sandstone, press red brick and cream-colored terra cotta" at a cost of $100,000.
