Career

Along with partner Jennifer Pertsch, he was the creator and executive producer of the animated series 6teen , Total Drama , and its first spin-off series Total Drama Presents: The Ridonculous Race, Stoked , and non-animated show My Babysitter's a Vampire . [1] [2] He is also one of the executive producers of Stoked and Grojband.

Awards

In 2007, 6teen won the Alliance for Children and Television's "Award of Excellence, Animation" for programming for children, ages 9–14, then some episodes got banned due to its inappropriate scenes and in 2008 McGillis and his team received a Gemini Award nomination for best animated program or series for Total Drama Island . The episodes revolve around Mac and Bloo as they interact with other imaginary friends and house staff and live out their day-to-day adventures, often getting caught up in various predicaments.

She began her career as a writer for Nelvana Ltd., before moving to Fresh TV. She co-created and executive produced 6teen, Stoked, Total Drama Island, Total Drama Action, Total Drama World Tour.

He has recently been writing episodes of The ZhuZhus, and voiced Drew and Travis in Norman Picklestripes.

The show, serving as a crossover prequel spin-off as well as the second spin-off of Total Drama following The Ridonculous Race, is set in an alternate universe of Total Drama and 6teen. The series is co-produced by Fresh TV and Corus Entertainment in association with Cartoon Network, and distributed by Cake Entertainment.
