The Turkish Futsal League (TFF Efes Pilsen Futsal Ligi) is the premier futsal competition in Turkey. Organized by Turkish Football Federation.


The tournament consists of several regional tournaments, the top four teams play the Final Four to determine the champion.

Marcus James Brown is a retired American professional basketball player. At 6'3" tall, he played as a shooting guard. A three time All-EuroLeague selection, Brown has been mentioned as being one of the top U.S. players ever to play abroad. Brown ended his career as a player-coach with Žalgiris Kaunas in 2011. Brown was the EuroLeague's career scoring leader since the year 2000, when he ended his career in October 2011. He is widely accepted as the greatest Albanian basketball player of all times. Kuqo was a part of the Turkish national team from 2004 until 2010, but in the summer of 2010 got granted the wish to play for his birth country Albanian national team.

The Basketball World Cup was an international basketball tournament held in Turkey. Established in 2002, it was sponsored by the Turkish brewing company Efes Pilsen, which also runs a basketball club in Istanbul.

Aydan Siyavuş was a Turkish basketball coach and former basketball player. He coached a number of teams like Kadıköyspor, Eczacıbaşı, Efes Pilsen, Beşiktaş, Fenerbahçe, Çukurova, Darüşşafaka, Karşıyaka and Galatasaray as well as the youth, junior's university and senior national teams. He was the most successful head coach of the Turkish Super Basketball League.

2010 Turkish Basketball League (TBL) Playoffs was the final phase of the 2009–10 Turkish Basketball League season. The playoffs started on 29 April 2010. Efes Pilsen were the defending champions.
