Anadolu Efes Spor Kulübü, formerly known as Efes Pilsen, is a Turkish professional basketball team based in Istanbul, Turkey. Efes is the most recent Euroleague champion and on the first place of European Club Ranking after the Final Four 2020-21. Efes is also the most successful club in the history of the Turkish Super League (BSL), having won the league's championship 15 times. Efes has won a total of 40 domestic trophies, more than any other Turkish basketball club.
Mirsad Türkcan is a Turkish former professional basketball player of Bosniak origin. Standing at a height of 6 ft 9 in (2.06 m), he played at the power forward position. A three-time All-EuroLeague Team member, he is also the fifth best rebounder in the EuroLeague, since the year 2000, with 1,287 total rebounds.

He is widely accepted as the greatest Albanian basketball player of all times. Kuqo was a part of the Turkish national team from 2004 until 2010, but in the summer of 2010 got granted the wish to play for his birth country Albanian national team.

He was the most successful head coach of the Turkish Super Basketball League.
2010 Turkish Basketball League (TBL) Playoffs was the final phase of the 2009–10 Turkish Basketball League season. The playoffs started on 29 April 2010. Efes Pilsen were the defending champions.
