Mauricetown is a census-designated place and unincorporated community that is part of Commercial Township in Cumberland County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey.
The John Dickinson House, generally known as Poplar Hall, is a National Historic Landmark on the John Dickinson Plantation in Kent County, Delaware, 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Dover. It was the boyhood home and sometime residence of Founding Father John Dickinson (1732-1808), principal author of the Articles of Confederation and a drafter of the Constitution of the United States. The property is owned by the State of Delaware and run as a museum by the Delaware Division of Historical and Cultural Affairs. It became part of the First State National Historical Park in 2013.
The Grand Opera House, also known as The Grand or Masonic Hall and Grand Theater, is a 1,208-seat theater for the performing arts in Wilmington, Delaware, United States. The four-story building was built in 1871 by the Delaware Grand Lodge of Masons to serve as a Masonic Temple and auditorium. The construction cost was $100,000. It was designed in Second Empire style by Baltimore architect Thomas Dixon and incorporates symbolism from Freemasonry into the cast-iron facade. Its central pediment contains an Eye of Providence.

Wheel of Fortune is a historic home located near Leipsic, Delaware. It was built in the 18th century, and is a two-story, five-bay, one room deep whitewashed brick dwelling in the Georgian style. It has a gable roof and the front facade features a one-bay entrance portico. It has a two-story rear wing, that originally contained a kitchen and servants quarters. Also on the property are a contributing meat house and milk house. The property was owned by Congressman John A. Nicholson (1827-1906) before 1888, and later by U.S. Senator James H. Hughes (1867-1953), who purchased it in 1910.
Arneytown is an unincorporated community located along Province Line Road on the border of North Hanover Township in Burlington County and Upper Freehold Township in Monmouth County of New Jersey. It is two miles (3.2 km) north of Jacobstown. Province Line Road was on the boundary line between the Provinces of East Jersey and West Jersey. The area was once called Upper Freehold by 18th-century Quaker settlers. With the establishment of the first post office in 1827, it became known as Arneytown.
Wheeling Island Historic District is a national historic district located on Wheeling Island in Wheeling, Ohio County, West Virginia. The district includes 1,110 contributing buildings, 5 contributing sites, 2 contributing structures, and 3 contributing objects. It is a largely residential district consisting of two-story, frame detached dwellings built in the mid- to late-19th and early-20th century, including the Irwin-Brues House (1853) and a number of houses on Zane Street. The houses are representative of a number of popular architectural styles including Bungalow, Italianate, Queen Anne, and Colonial Revival. Notable non-residential contributing properties include the Exposition Building (1924), Thompson United Methodist Church (1913-1915), Madison School (1916), firehouse (1930-1931), the Bridgeport Bridge (1893), the Aetnaville Bridge (1891), "The Marina," Wheeling Island Baseball Park, and "Belle Island Park." It includes the separately listed Wheeling Suspension Bridge, Harry C. and Jessie F. Franzheim House, and John McLure House.
Dover Green Historic District is a national historic district located at Dover, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 79 contributing buildings centered on The Green and including most of the inhabited part of 18th century Dover. Notable buildings include the Eagle Tavern, Kent County Court House (1875), Baptist Church-Dover Century Club (1852), King Dougall House and Store House, Parke-Ridgely House (1728), and a number of 19th century Italianate-style commercial buildings. Also located in the district are the separately listed Bradford-Loockerman House, Christ Church, and Old Statehouse.
George Arnold House was a historic home and farm complex located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house was built the 1830s, and was a two-story, three-bay, side-plan dwelling with a rear wing in the Greek Revival style. Contributing outbuildings included frame chicken houses, sheds and corn cribs, milk house, and a bank barn. They dated to the late-19th and early-20th centuries.
Hoffecker-Lockwood House, also known as "Bellevue," was a historic home located at Kenton, Kent County, Delaware. The house dated to the mid-18th century, and was a two-story, three-bay, hall-and-parlor plan brick dwelling. Attached was a low, two-story, west gable brick wing built part of the original structure and served as a service wing. The interior featured Georgian-style paneling. Also on the property were a contributing kitchen, smokehouse, barn and stable.
The Frederica Historic District is a national historic district located at Frederica, Kent County, Delaware. It encompasses 118 contributing buildings in the town of Frederica. The oldest buildings date to the middle of the 18th century. The district includes a number of 18th and 19th century commercial and residential buildings in a variety of popular architectural styles including Greek Revival, Italianate, and Federal. Notable buildings include Trinity Methodist Church (1856), Robbins Hardware Store, the Hathorn House, Wootten Store, John Dill Store, Robert Dill House, firehouse, post office, and the Governor Hall House, the home of Delaware Governor John W. Hall (1817-1892).
John B. Lindale House is a historic home located at Magnolia, Kent County, Delaware. It was built in 1886, and is a two-story, frame dwelling, in the Queen Anne style. It is almost square in plan, and features two-story bay windows, a large semi-circular projection, and polygonal turret towers.
Parson Thorne Mansion, also known as Silver Hill, is a historic mansion located at Milford, Kent County, Delaware. The mansion is located across from the Mill House. It was built between 1730 and 1735, and is a two-story, five-bay, center hall brick dwelling in the Georgian style. It has flanking one-story wings and a two-story frame rear wing. The house was remodeled in 1879, and features a steeply pitched cross-gable roof with dormers. It was the home of Delaware Governor William Burton (1789–1866) and the boyhood home of statesman John M. Clayton (1796–1856).
Delaware Avenue Historic District is a national historic district located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses 180 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure developed in the late-19th and early-20th centuries. The district is primarily residential and includes a variety of Victorian-era mansions and large dwellings in a variety of popular architectural styles including Italianate, Queen Anne, Colonial Revival, Classical Revival, and American Four Square The houses are detached or semi-detached and are primarily three stories in height with extensive wings to the rear. The district also includes 20th century apartment complexes. Also located in the district is the St. Stephen's Lutheran Church and the Sailors and Soldiers Monument. The separately listed Howard Pyle Studios are also located in the district.
The Millstone Historic District is a historic district located in Millstone, Somerset County, New Jersey. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 13, 1976 for its significance in education, military history, settlement, and transportation. It includes 58 contributing buildings.
The John Smith House is a historic building located at 124 Washington Valley Road in the Washington Valley section of Morris Township in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. It was documented by the Historic American Buildings Survey (HABS) in 1937. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places on January 1, 1976, for its significance in agriculture and architecture. It was designated a contributing property of the Washington Valley Historic District on November 12, 1992.
The Old Mine Road Historic District is a 687-acre (278 ha) historic district located along Old Mine Road in Sussex County and Warren County, New Jersey. It is part of the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 3, 1980, for its significance in agriculture, archaeology, architecture, commerce, exploration/settlement, and transportation. It includes 24 contributing buildings and five contributing sites.
The Nicholas Vreeland Outkitchen is a historic stone building located at 52 Jacksonville Road in the Towaco section of the township of Montville in Morris County, New Jersey. Built c. 1780, it was documented by the Historic American Buildings Survey in 1938. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 11, 2009, for its significance in architecture. The building contributes to the domestic architecture theme of the Dutch Stone Houses in Montville, New Jersey Multiple Property Submission (MPS).
