Background and release

On September 14, 2017, Pledis Entertainment announced that JR, Aron, Baekho and Ren would debut as NU'EST W with an extended play titled W, Here on October 10. [2] [3] On October 8 and 9, individual teasers for the music video of the title track "Where You At" were revealed. The EP and the music video for "Where You At" were released on October 10. [4]

<i>Produce 48</i> South Korean reality competition series

Produce 48 is the third season of the South Korean reality competition series Produce 101. It was a large-scale project in which the public "produces" a girl group by voting for members out of a pool of 96 contestants from South Korea and Japan, as well as voting for the group's concept, name and debut single. The show was a collaboration between the Mnet series Produce 101 and the J-pop idol group AKB48. The winning 12 contestants, with no nationality caps, as voted only by Korean viewers, would promote as a group for two years and six months. The program itself is primarily in Korean, however staff and trainer instructions were translated onsite by interpreters. The show announced the final 12 members who made it into, as well as the official name of the group Iz*One during the finale on August 31, 2018.

Aaron Kwak, formerly known by the stage name Aron, is an American media personality, singer, and rapper based in South Korea. He began his professional career in 2012 as a main rapper of the South Korean boy group NUEST. Following his contract's expiration with Pledis Entertainment in 2022, Aron established his solo career as a freelance radio and television host, appearing in various South Korean programs.

"Secret Story of the Swan" is a song recorded by South Korean girl group Iz*One. It is the lead single in their third extended play Oneiric Diary. It was released on June 15, 2020, by Off the Record and Swing Entertainment. It is the first release after their previous title track "Fiesta".

<i>Needle & Bubble</i> 2022 compilation album by NUEST

Needle & Bubble is the first and only compilation album by South Korean boy band NU'EST. It was released on March 15, 2022, through Pledis Entertainment. The ten-track album comprises remastered and alternative versions of previously released songs, including the lead single "Again". The album is the band's final release prior to the expiration of their ten-year contract with Pledis and simultaneous disbandment in March 2022.
