History
Originally WTRJ, which first signed-on with Satellite Music Network programming in the summer of 1991, then later switching from Adult Contemporary to gospel music. It was purchased in 1996 by Dayton-based Hawes-Saunders Broadcasting becoming WRNB, which continued satellite programming services using ABC Radio's "Solid Gold Soul" format as a sister to WROU-FM "U-92" licensed to West Carrollton. WRNB also aired the Tom Joyner Morning Show from ABC Radio. Financial difficulties forced Hawes-Saunders to sell WROU to Radio One and the Troy station WRNB to EMF Broadcasting in 2003 now airing K-LOVE programming as WOKL.
In 2007, WOKL began low-power simulcasting on translators W231AZ 94.1 MHz northeast of Sidney, W244BR 96.7 in Springfield, and W269BP 101.7 MHz in Richmond, Indiana. (See complete list of translators below.)
K-LOVE programming is also heard on WKLN 102.3 in Wilmington (the former WSWO-FM) serving the south Dayton and northern Cincinnati suburbs as well as WNLT 104.3 licensed to Harrison serving Fairfield and metropolitan Cincinnati. In addition, WOAR 88.3 located in the eastern Clark County community of South Vienna(And a translator in the SW Clark County village of Enon at 103.3) aired K-LOVE programming, but has since switched and now airs Air One Christian programming for Springfield, London, Urbana, Mechanicsburg, Marysville and Grove City as well as Fairborn, Medway, Donnelsville, and Yellow Springs. WVSO was formerly an affiliate of American Family Radio.
The WSWO-LP calls have moved to a low power FM station in Huber Heights, Ohio with the WRNB calls transplanted to an FM station in the Philadelphia market which is also owned by Radio One.
WBLL is an American radio station in Bellefontaine, Ohio. It currently broadcasts with country music programming, along with certain sporting events. The station is owned by V-Teck Communications, and is the sister station of WPKO 98.3 FM.

WULM "Radio Maria" 1600 AM is an American non-commercial AM radio station licensed in Springfield, Ohio serving the Springfield and Dayton area with Catholic inspirational programming. It operates at 1600 kHz with a power output of 1,000 watts daytime and with a reduced power of 34 watts nighttime. It is a repeater of KJMJ 580 kHz in Alexandria, Louisiana, the originating English-language station of Radio Maria USA.
WKRC is a commercial AM radio station licensed to Cincinnati, Ohio. The station airs a talk radio format, under the branding of "55KRC". Studios are on Montgomery Road in Cincinnati. WKRC operates at 5,000 watts by day and 1,000 watts at night, from a transmitter site in Cold Spring, Kentucky.
WHJM, "Radio Maria" is a non-commercial FM station operating at 88.7 MHz licensed to Anna, Ohio. It is a repeater station of KJMJ (AM) 580 in Alexandria, Louisiana and is owned by Radio Maria Inc. airing inspirational music and Catholic programming for the Upper Miami Valley region of Shelby, Auglaize, Allen, Logan, Mercer, Miami and surrounding counties in West Central Ohio. It is part of the international broadcast ministry of The World Family of Radio Maria, which is based in Italy and broadcasts in over thirty countries in thirteen languages worldwide. The station also audiostreams from its website for listeners outside its immediate signal area in addition to its very own smartphone app, the Tune In app and the Alexa device.
WROU-FM is an urban adult contemporary radio station licensed to West Carrollton, Ohio serving the Dayton area and owned and operated by Alpha Media. WROU is Dayton's affiliate of The Steve Harvey Morning Show. Its studios are located in Kettering, Ohio and its transmitter is in west Dayton.
WHIO-FM – branded AM 1290 and News 95.7 WHIO – is a commercial talk radio station licensed to serve Pleasant Hill, Ohio, covering Dayton, Ohio and the Dayton metropolitan area. Owned by Cox Media Group, WHIO-FM acts as a full-time simulcast of WHIO. The WHIO-FM studios are located at Cox Media Center building in Dayton, while the transmitter is located in nearby Piqua. WING is a commercial radio station in Dayton, Ohio operating with 5,000 watts along with studios, offices and transmitter located on David Road in Kettering. It is the first full-time commercial radio station in Dayton. It is currently a local affiliate for ESPN Radio and the Ohio State Sports Network, but is best known and remembered as Dayton's first Top 40-formatted station.
WGTZ is a commercial FM radio station licensed to Eaton, Ohio and serving the Dayton and Springfield radio market. It airs an adult hits format, using the national Jack FM music service and is branded as "92-9 Jack FM." The station operates without DJs. It is owned by Portland-based Alpha Media with studios in Kettering, Ohio.
WPTW is a commercial AM radio station in Piqua, Ohio, United States, with a power output of 250 watts. It is owned by Muzzy Broadcasting Group. ABC News Radio and local news from hall of famer Terry Lafferty. Its music format is a mix of 1970s', 1980s' plus some 60s and 90s for flavor ' classic hits. Local high school sports coverage remains a tradition at the station in addition to Ohio State Buckeyes football.
