Including previous forms, the exchange has been in operation since 1927. The shopping center is situated near its rival mall Market! Market!, owned by Ayala Malls, a real estate subsidiary of Ayala Land, and affiliate of Ayala Corporation. It is designed by EDGE Interior Designers and Arquitectonica.
Tower 6789, also known as Makati Tower, is a commercial skyscraper in Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines. With a height of 180 meters and 35 floors, Tower 6789 is also the 11th tallest building in the country's financial district, closely following RCBC Plaza Yuchengco Tower. It has a gross leasable area of 26,582 square meters with a floor template between 1,100 and 1600 sqms. The tower was owned by local developer Alphaland, a joint venture between London-based private equity fund Ashmore Group and RVO Capital Ventures of former Trade Minister Roberto V. Ongpin, but was already transferred to give Ashmore 100 percent ownership.
Robinsons Cyberscape is an office development located in Ortigas Center, Quezon City, Metro Manila, one of the oldest CBDs in the Philippines. Owned by Robinson Land Corporation, the development is composed of two buildings named Robinsons Cyberscape Alpha and Robinsons Cyberscape Beta. It is the first green building in Greenhills, San Juan to receive a Gold pre-certification for Core & Shell under LEED. Developed by Hantex Corporation, it is an office, commercial and retail type of property with a floor plate of 1,384 square meters per floor. BTTC Centre is also among the 58 projects currently registered for LEED certification, together with the Zuellig Building in Makati and Megaworld 8 Campus Building and Wells Fargo Headquarters, which are both in Bonifacio Global City. It is also an IT-Center PEZA Certified Building.
Clipp Center is a 12-story mixed-use Class B building located at 11th Avenue corner 39th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. An office/commercial type of property, Clipp Center is known for its design, which serves as an antithesis to the typical office building design. The building started construction in May 2011 and has a gross floor area of approximately 8,500 sq.m. It was developed by Clipp Machenson's Holdings Inc., a company owned by Pablito Calma and its design was done by Eduardo Calma. Clipp Center is currently managed by Jones Lang LaSalle and was previously managed by KMC MAG Group, an international associate of Savills.
Forum Robinsons, was a shopping mall located in Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines owned and operated by Robinsons Land. The mall opened on November 17, 2004. It is the 18th mall opened by Robinsons and the first mall in Mandaluyong with a gross floor area of 56,000 square meters (600,000 sq ft). The former name Robinsons Place Pioneer was dubbed after its location, Pioneer Street. Back then, the mall was envisioned to become a one stop shop for everyone in Cybergate Complex which was in turn envisioned to become a cyberhub in the city. In 2010, the mall was renamed to its current name to re-position itself as a cyber lifestyle mall focusing on IT products and to align itself with the vision of the Cybergate Complex.
Net Park is a 38-story green and sustainable corporate tower located in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is part of the office space portfolio of the Net Group, a developer who pioneered the concept of IT office building in the Philippines. The building will be part of the Net Metropolis 5th Ave, a mixed-use development considered as the nation’s first certified green project in Taguig.

The Finance Centre is a premium grade building in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila, Philippines. The building's architectural and interior design is a collaboration of GENSLER and AIDEA and was developed by Daiichi Properties & Development, Inc. The office building broke ground on June 5, 2014 and is the landmark building for Daiichi Properties. It is one of few buildings in the Philippines with LEED Gold rating. As of June 2012, the Philippines only has 38 buildings registered for LEED certification.
McKinley Exchange Corporate Center is a 5-story commercial building, part of a mixed-use complex developed by Ayala Land Inc. as part of the ₱65 billion redevelopment and rebranding of the city of Makati. It is located along McKinley Road corner EDSA in Barangay Dasmariñas and was slated to become the new transport hub of Makati. It is also one of the newest upcoming PEZA-accredited zones, soon to be at par with other 39 Makati zones such as Zuellig Building, RCBC Plaza, and Makati Stock Exchange.

Burgos Circle, also known as Padre Burgos Circle, is a traffic circle within the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig, Metro Manila in the Philippines. Developed as part of the Forbes Town Center mixed-use development developed by the Megaworld Corporation and named after martyred priest José Burgos of Gomburza, it serves as the intersection between Forbestown Road, 1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue, and 29th Street.
The Gateway Tower is a 31-storey mixed use skyscraper located in the Araneta City at Quezon City. The tower was named after the adjacent Gateway Mall and serves as the headquarters of the Araneta Group, replacing the Aurora Tower since 2014. Moreover, the tower sits on a rectangular lot located along General Aguinaldo Avenue and features retail and electronics stores, dining outlets, hair salons, office spaces, an open air rooftop garden, and an art gallery, while the tower's upper floors are also occupied by various call centers, franchising, and tech companies.
