The World Taekwondo Junior Championships is a worldwide biennial championship organized for juniors age category by World Taekwondo, first held in 1996 in Barcelona. The event is contested every two years. [1] [2] [3]

Mohammad Bagheri Motamed is a former Iranian professional taekwondo athlete. He won the gold medal in the featherweight division at the 2009 World Taekwondo Championships in ۱ Copenhagen, Denmark and the Olympic Silver Medal at the London 2012 Olympics. ۲

Turkey Taekwondo Federation is the governing body of Taekwondo sport in Turkey. Originally, it was formed in 1968 within the Turkey Judo Federation, where it maintained its activities thirteen years long. Pan American Taekwondo Championships or simply Pan Am Taekwondo Championships are the American taekwondo senior championships, first held in 1978 in Mexico City. The event is held every two years by the Pan American Taekwondo Union and it's considered by the World Taekwondo as the continental tournament and a Grade 4 tournament for the world and olympic rankings.

Mohammad Esmail Azarpad is a pioneer of taekwondo in Iran, and is referred to as The Father of Iran’s Taekwondo.

Seyedehsan Naghibzadeh is a male Iranian Taekwondo practitioner, who lives in Switzerland. He is a former member of the Iranian Taekwondo National Team and a 4th DAN in Taekwondo. Since 2019, he is an International Olympic Committee (IOC) refugee athlete scholarship holder for Tokyo Olympic Games. Since 2019, Naghibzadeh is competing as a refugee athlete. He also participated in the European Taekwondo Championships 2019 in Bari. Also in 2019, Naghibzadeh was part of the Booyoung Dream Program, which was held in South Korea. In 2021, he participated in the European Taekwondo Championships in Sofia. Naghibzadeh has won medals in several international olympic ranking tournaments

Mahsa Jeddi is an Iranian Taekwondo athlete. She won the gold medal in the women's individual Kyorugi (sparring) at the 2015 Asian Games and earned a spot in the Youth Olympic Games by winning a silver medal in the 2014 Olympic selection games.
