China ZhenHua Oil Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZhenHua Oil") was established in 2003, and, headquartered in Beijing, is the national key support of the investment in petroleum industry, E&P, international oil and gas trade, oil storage and transportation, and refining. We shall actively participate in the global green and low-carbon development and energy cooperation.

Guided by China’s energy development policies, ZhenHua Oil has been working to build an advanced business model by strengthening its competitiveness in marketing, technological innovation, project operation, capital management, risk control and global resource integration. As of 31 March 2021, Indian Oil's employee strength is 31,648, out of which 17,762 are executives and 13,876 non-executives, while 2,776 are women, comprising 8.77% of the total workforce.
