While on this trip, he first visited and connected with the Hasidic community. Notably paying tribute to Rebbe Menachem Mendel Schneerson and meeting Rabbi Simon Jacobson, who has had a great influence on him. Afterward, Milei met with former President Bill Clinton, as well as several officials from the American government and the International Monetary Fund. [1]

Flag of Israel.svg  Israel Jerusalem 6 February Despite having said that his first presidential trip abroad would be to Israel, it became his second official visit as president. During his visit to Israel, he met with the Israeli President, Isaac Herzog as well as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who called Milei a "great friend of the Jewish State". [3] While visiting the area near the conflict with Hamas, Milei met with the families of the victims of the Israel–Hamas hostage crisis. [4] During his trip, Milei also vowed to move the Argentine embassy to Jerusalem. [5]

11 FebruaryMilei visited Pope Francis in his first visit to the Vatican as president where they also commemorated and Francis canonized Argentina's first female saint. After that, Milei met with the Italian President, Sergio Mattarella, Italian Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni along with prominent business and religious leaders during his trip. [6]

24 FebruaryAfter having met with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the Casa Rosada, Milei boarded a plane bound for Washington, D.C. to later attend Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in National Harbor, Maryland where he was scheduled to hold a speech the same day. [7]

10-12 AprilOn April 10, Milei visited a Chabad Lubavitch synagogue in Miami which honored him with a distinction. On April 12, he met with Elon Musk in Austin, Texas where he toured the Tesla Gigafactory. [8]

He gave a speech on May 6 and encouraged the business leaders present in the meeting to invest in Argentina, later he met with FIFA President Gianni Infantino and Elon Musk, in his second meeting with the businessman in 2024. On the same day he met with Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple Inc and Sundar Pichai, the CEO of Alphabet Inc and Google. Finally on May 30 he gave a speech in the Pacific Summit conference. The presidency of Javier Milei began on 10 December 2023, when Javier Milei was sworn into office to a four-year term as the president of Argentina. Milei took office alongside vice president Victoria Villarruel following the La Libertad Avanza victory in the 2023 Argentine general election, with 55.65% of the vote in the second round against former economy minister Sergio Massa's 44.35%. Milei was elected with the highest total vote ever in Argentina and the highest percentage since 1973, amid the still ongoing 2018 Argentine monetary crisis.

Conan was an English Mastiff adopted by Argentina's president Javier Milei as a puppy in 2004, and named after the title character in the 1982 film Conan the Barbarian. Milei, who never married and is childless, referred to Conan as his closest friend and confidant. Conan died from spinal cancer in 2017. Milei cloned Conan in 2018, and the resulting clones have attracted international attention since Milei's 2023 Argentine presidential election campaign.
