The 2024 National Amateur Cup is the 100th edition of the National Amateur Cup, a knockout cup competition open to amateur teams affiliated with the United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA). It will be the sixth edition of the tournament to award its champion a spot in the U.S. Open Cup.
SC MesoAmerica are the defending National Amateur Cup champion.
All four regions of the USASA will hold amateur cup tournaments to crown champions, which would then qualify for the final tournament. Qualification for these tournaments is determined individually by each region. The final four teams then compete in a single location knockout tournament to crown a national champion, with an additional game in place to determine both third and fourth place.
In total, 16 teams across seven state associations [lower-alpha 1] in USASA Region I and the National Premier Soccer League sent representatives to the tournament for the Fritz Marth Amateur Cup. [1] The Eastern Premier Soccer League is the most represented league in the region with six teams participating. New York, Pennsylvania, and Virginia are tied for the most represented state in the tournament with each having three teams taking part.
The final of the regional tournament will take place on June 15 at the Ukrainian American Sports Center in North Wales, Pennsylvania.

In total, 24 teams across seven state associations in USASA Region II and the National Premier Soccer League sent representatives to the tournament for the Bill Davey Amateur Cup. [3] The Midwest Premier League is the most represented league in the region with ten teams participating. Illinois is the most represented state in the tournament with ten teams taking part.
The final of the regional tournament is scheduled to take place between June 13 and June 23.
Teams win $300 for every knockout round game they win. An additional prize of $1,000 is awarded to the regional champion.
Note: Separate draws were held for rounds 1 and 2, as well as Round 3, the Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Final. Following Round 2, USASA conducted a draw and set the remainder of the bracket.

Region III, encompassing 11 states and 12 associations across the southern United States, will hold its tournament on June 7–9 at MESA Soccer Complex in Greer, South Carolina. [8]
In total, 10 teams across seven state associations in USASA Region II and the National Premier Soccer League sent representatives to the tournament. [9] The Mountain Premier League is the most represented league in the region with three teams participating. Colorado is the most represented state in the tournament with four teams taking part.
The semifinal and final took place on the weekend of June 1–2 at Cheyenne Sports Complex in North Las Vegas, Nevada. [lower-alpha 1]
