Lawton is a city in, and the county seat of, Comanche County, in the U.S. state of Oklahoma. Located in southwestern Oklahoma, approximately 87 mi (140 km) southwest of Oklahoma City, it is the principal city of the Lawton, Oklahoma, metropolitan statistical area. According to the 2010 census, Lawton's population was 96,867, making it the fifth-largest city in the state, and the largest in Western Oklahoma.
Cameron University is a public university in Lawton, Oklahoma. It offers more than 50 degrees through both undergraduate and graduate programs. The degree programs emphasize the liberal arts, science and technology, and graduate and professional studies. It was founded in 1908, soon after Oklahoma was admitted as a state, as one of six agricultural high schools in the largely rural region.
Bishop Kelley High School is an American Lasallian Catholic high school with 905 students, grades 9 to 12, located at 41st and Hudson Avenue, in the center of the Tulsa metropolitan area, on a campus spanning just over 47 acres. The school is formerly a function of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tulsa, but is now incorporated separately, and operates in the Lasallian tradition of the Brothers of the Christian Schools.

Eisenhower Senior High School (EHS) is one of three public high schools and is located in west Lawton, Oklahoma. It was the second high school built in Lawton, Oklahoma in the early 1960s.
Southside High School is one of 14 public high schools that are part of the Greenville, South Carolina County Schools System. It is the first school in South Carolina to be home to an International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. Southside is also the defending state AAA Boys' Basketball champions for the second year in a row. Currently it is 226th in the nation for its forensics team. Its Academic team was ranked number 2 in the nation as of last year. Also the school is host to a very successful AFJROTC drill team.

Hanover High School is a high school located in the Mechanicsville census-designated place (CDP) of unincorporated Hanover County, Virginia, United States. For tourism purposes, the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department has designated Southwestern Oklahoma as Great Plains Country, and defined it to consist of 14 counties including Roger Mills, Custer, Beckham, Washita, Caddo, Kiowa, Greer, Harmon, Jackson, Comanche, Tillman, Cotton, Stephens, and Jefferson counties.

Show Low High School is a public high school in Show Low, Arizona. It is the only traditional high school under the jurisdiction of the Show Low Unified School District. The school enrolls an estimated 767 students in grades 9–12. Show Low's mascot is a cougar and its school colors are green and gold. Through bond issues, Newcastle has constructed a performing arts center, high school basketball arena, and a football stadium. At one point Newcastle High School was known as the Crickets until it was changed to the Racers. Their school colors also included red until it was officially decided that it would be white and blue with black as an unofficial color. The high school enrolls 498 students in grades 9-12.
