Mohammad Ebrahim Hemmat was a teacher and an Iranian military leader. He was one of the highest ranking officers of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps during the Iran-Iraq War. In 1982, he spent a few months fighting against Israel during the 1982 Lebanon War. He then returned to Iran and held commanding roles in several missions during the Iran-Iraq War. He was killed in March 1984 in Operation Kheibar.

Freeway 3, or more commonly known as Tehran-Shomal Freeway or Tehran-Chalus Freeway will be a freeway in Northern Iran, connecting Tehran to cities of western Mazandaran. Currently, sections 1 & 4 are in service and section 2 is under construction. Construction process at section 3 is not started yet. The freeway runs parallel to Road 59, the old road connecting Karaj to Chalus.
Abrisham Bridge, literally the "Silk Bridge", is a cable-stayed bridge in Northern Tehran, Iran. It is located about 100 meters south of the Iran's Shipping Lines Tower, in the district of Abbas Abad. Extending in a north-south direction, it is intended solely for pedestrian traffic. It bridges the urban highway Hemmat Expressway, and connects the parks Ab-o-Atash and Nowruz.
