North Hollywood High School (NHHS) is a public high school in the North Hollywood neighborhood of Los Angeles, California, United States. It is in the San Fernando Valley and enrolls approximately 2,500 students. Several neighborhoods, including most of North Hollywood, Valley Village, Studio City and Sun Valley, send students to it. It is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Its principal is Ricardo Rosales.
Walton High School was a public four-year high school located in the Jerome Park neighborhood of the Bronx borough in New York. Originally an all-girl institution, Walton became co-educational in 1977. Walton, Bayside High School, Samuel J. Tilden High School, Abraham Lincoln High School, John Adams High School, Andrew Jackson High School, and Grover Cleveland High School were all built during the Great Depression from one set of blueprints, to save money.

John Dewey High School is a public high school in Gravesend, Brooklyn, New York City. It was founded and based on the educational principles of John Dewey. The school, under the supervision of the New York City Department of Education, was named a New American High School in 2000.

The Beacon School is a highly-selective college-preparatory public high school in the Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan in New York City near Times Square and the Theater District. Beacon's curriculum exceeds the standards set by the New York State Regents, and as a member of the New York Performance Standards Consortium, its students are exempt from taking most Regents exams. Instead, students present performance-based projects at the end of each semester to panels of teachers. In 2019, the school received roughly 6,000 applications for 360 ninth-grade seats, yielding an acceptance rate of approximately 6.2%. Beacon is ranked 45th within New York State and 382th nationwide by U.S. News.
Aviation High School, officially named Aviation Career & Technical Education High School (24Q610), is a public high school owned and operated by the New York City Department of Education. Formerly known as the Manhattan School of Aviation Trades (SAT), Aviation High School has operated since 1936. It is in the Long Island City neighborhood of the New York City borough of Queens. The school accepts students from all five boroughs according to the NYC screened school process. The main focus of the school is to train licensed Federal Aviation Administration airframe and powerplant technicians.
Monsignor McClancy Memorial High School is a co-educational Catholic high school located in the East Elmhurst neighborhood of Queens, New York. As of Fall 2012, the school started accepting young women. Founded by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart in 1956, Msgr. McClancy Memorial High School serves the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn and provides education for approximately 550 students from grades 9 to 12. Admissions is open to any student of any ethnicity and of any faith, but requires TACHS scores from students entering from the 8th grade; students on other levels contact the school directly. The school was first founded in 1956, dedicated to the memory of Msgr. Joseph V. McClancy, a long time diocesan Superintendent of Schools for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn. The school is chartered by the Board of Regents of the University of the State of New York and accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
John Oliver Secondary School is a public secondary school located in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, at East 41st Avenue and Fraser Street. It is named after John Oliver, the Premier of British Columbia from 1918 to 1927. Croton-Harmon High School is a secondary school located in Croton-on-Hudson, New York. It is administered by the Croton-Harmon Union Free School District, and serves 9th-12th grade students. There were 542 students enrolled in the 2006–2007 school year. In the 2018–2019 school year, there were 506 students enrolled. Due to an increase in students since its original construction, it was expanded in the 1950s with a gym, and again in 2005–2006 with eight new classrooms, an auxiliary gym, and a new library. Between 2006 and 2017, the library also included a space for students to use desktop computers. In 2017, the school received a grant for a Nureva Span system, which replaced the desktop computers in favor of a more collaborative learning support system.

It serves a student body of about 400 students between the 6th and 12th grades. The Clinton School is authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization to offer the IB Diploma Programme. As per the U.S. News 2018 High School Ranking, the Clinton School is one of the top high schools in the nation,. Applicants must succeed in an admission test, and satisfy other requirements according to the grade entered. For over twenty years Clinton was located on the top floor of the elementary school PS 11 but has now relocated to a new building near Union Square.
