The State Flag of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar was adopted on 21 October 2010.
The National Anthem is the national anthem of Myanmar. It consists of two parts; the first half is a traditional Burmese style section, before transitioning into the second half, a Western-style orchestra. Because of the second half, both the "National Anthem" and its predecessor "Dobama Song" are popularly known as "Kaba Ma Kyei".
Ye Htut is a Burmese military officer who previously served as presidential spokesman from 2013 to 2016 and later as minister for the Ministry of Information (Myanmar) from 2014 to 2016 in the Thein Sein's Cabinet. He left the office in 2016 and worked as visiting senior research fellow at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute in Singapore until July 2019.
The Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs administers Myanmar sports and youth affairs. The ministry was formed in 1996 as Ministry of Sports and organized as Ministry of Health and Sports in 2016. In 2021, following the formation of a caretaker government, the ministry was reorganized as Ministry of Sports and Youth Affairs. The current union minister is Min Thein Zan, appointed by SAC Chairman Min Aung Hlaing.
Hnin Thway Yu Aung is a Burmese model and beauty pageant titleholder who won the 5th edition of Miss Universe Myanmar in 2018. She represented her country Myanmar in the Miss Universe 2018.
The 2018 Myanmar National League, also known as the 2018 MPT Myanmar National League, is the 9th season of the Myanmar National League, the top Burmese professional league for association football clubs since its founding in 2009. The departure of the two clubs from the MNL-1 disrupted the previous season. More disruption came when Nay Pyi Taw and City Yangon withdrew from the competition towards the end of the 2017 season. At an emergency meeting of the MNL committee on September 12, Nay Pyi Taw was expelled from the league after its players complained of not having been paid since April. The expulsion came after players boycotted a game in early September. An unsuccessful coup attempt in Turkey in July last year created a crisis for City Yangon that forced its departure from the MNL. It was a big disappointment for the club, which won the 2017 MNL-2 championship to end the season undefeated. MNL-2 third-place winners Myawady FC were promoted along with runners-up Sagaing United to the 2018 Myanmar National League.
The Venerable Taung Kalay Sayadaw Ashin Paññasãmi is a Karen Theravada Buddhist monk, and also known as a prolific writer and historian.
Shwe Eain Si is a Burmese actress, model and beauty pageant title holder. She was crowned Miss Golden Land Myanmar 2018 and represented Myanmar at the Miss Supranational 2018, which was held in Poland.
May Zune Win, is a Burmese travel blogger operating in Myanmar. She won the 2017 "Myanmar Influencer Award" for travel, and featured on The Myanmar Times "Top 10 Travel Bloggers" list in 2018, and the overall "Top 10 Bloggers" list in 2019.
The Myanmar Police Band is a military/police band formation in the Myanmar Police Force. Being a battalion-sized organization, it follows a British and Malaysian military format for marching bands. It is today regarded as Myanmar's oldest brass band, having established in 1945. It is also one of many militarized marching bands in the Myanmar Armed Forces, with the police band being based in Yangon.
My Rowdy Angel is a 2018 Burmese romantic-comedy film, directed by Win Lwin Htet starring Hlwan Paing, Khin Wint Wah, Yan Aung, Kyaw Thu, Htun Htun, Htoo Aung, Yell Htwe Aung, Thu Ta Aung and Khaing Thazin Ngu Wah. The film, produced by Media 7 Film Production premiered Myanmar on December 28, 2018.

The Provisional Government of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, is the executive body of Myanmar under the current military junta, the State Administration Council. The game was inspired by the Spring Revolution and the armed resistance against the military government. End Game has reached the top of the chart in the local Play Store. The game is significant as one of the main fundraisers for the country’s armed resistance movement. As of 2022, the game is banned by the junta. End Game became Myanmar's first multiplayer shooter game.
