Millennium Place is a luxury residential building located in Boston, Massachusetts. The building completes Boston's Avery Street corridor development, which includes the Ritz Carlton Hotel & Residences, Equinox Fitness Club, and the AMC Loews Boston Common movie theater.

Designed by Handel Architects of New York City; Millennium Place is 256 units, was completed in the autumn of 2013, [1] and became the fastest selling residential property in Boston history. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]

The building is being modified in an effort to stop its sinking.

The firm designed 17 of the city's 30 tallest buildings and "created Jacksonville's modern skyline", according to The Florida Times-Union newspaper. The firm designed the first high-rise in downtown Jacksonville, the 22-story Aetna Building, which opened in 1955.
