The City of Busselton is a local government area in the South West region of Western Australia, approximately 230 km (140 mi) south of Perth, the state capital. The city covers an area of 1,455 km2 (562 sq mi) and had a population of 40,640 as at the 2021 Census. It contains two large towns, Busselton and Dunsborough, and a number of smaller towns. The city office is located on Southern Drive, Busselton.

Naturaliste is a rural locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia, located on a peninsular between the Indian Ocean and Geographe Bay. At the northern point of the peninsular and locality lies Cape Naturaliste and the state heritage-listed Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. The northern-most part of the Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park is also located with the locality.
North Jindong is a rural locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia. The western border of the locality runs along the Bussell Highway.
Quedjinup is a semi-rural locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia, located adjacent to the west of the town of Dunsborough. The northern border of the locality is formed by Caves Road.
Reinscourt is a semi-rural locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia, located on the Vasse River in the south-east of Busselton. The southern border of the locality is formed by the Bussell Highway.
Sabina River is a rural locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia, located along the Sabina River, north of the Whicher National Park.
Siesta Park is a locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia. Siesta Park is located on a thin strip of land between Caves Road, which forms its southern border, and Geographe Bay to the north. It shares its name with a resort/holiday area that was named after a World War II-era launch named Siesta that belonged to a previous owner of the property. The area became a locality because the property's petrol station and general store was also used as a post office until the mid-1980s.

Yallingup Siding is a rural locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia. In the south-west, the locality borders Yelverton National Park.
Yoganup is a rural locality of the City of Busselton in the South West region of Western Australia. It is the largest locality in the City of Busselton but has the second-lowest population, being almost completely forested. Whicher National Park is almost completely located within Yoganup and the small town of Jarrahwood is completely surrounded by the locality, but not part of it. The Vasse Highway passes through the south-west of Yoganup.
