Łabędź [ˈwabɛnt͡ɕ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wąbrzeźno, within Wąbrzeźno County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. [1] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-west of Wąbrzeźno and 36 km (22 mi) north-east of Toruń.

Wąbrzeźno County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-central Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and only town is Wąbrzeźno, which lies 36 km (22 mi) north-east of Toruń and 66 km (41 mi) east of Bydgoszcz.

The cities and neighboring counties form the Bydgoszcz–Toruń twin city metropolitan area. Toruń itself is the sixteenth-largest city in Poland and the second in the voivodeship.
