The 10th Missouri Cavalry Regiment was a cavalry regiment that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War.
The 10th Missouri Cavalry Regiment was organized at Jefferson Barracks in St. Louis, Missouri, in October 1862 and mustered in for three years. It was organized from the 28th Missouri Infantry. Additionally, Bowen's Battalion was assigned as Companies A, B, C, and D, and six companies were organized for the 9th Missouri Cavalry and assigned December 17, 1862, as Companies E, F, G, and H.

Battery H, 1st Missouri Light Artillery Regiment was an artillery battery unit from Missouri that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The 1st Missouri Light Artillery Regiment was created on 1 September 1861. Battery H fought at Fort Henry, Fort Donelson, Shiloh, 1st Corinth, and 2nd Corinth in 1862. The battery performed mostly garrison duty in 1863. The unit was in action in the Atlanta campaign and Sherman's March to the Sea in 1864 and in the Carolinas campaign in 1865. Battery H marched in the Grand Review of the Armies before being mustered out on 16 June 1865.
Battery M, 1st Missouri Light Artillery Regiment was an artillery battery unit from Missouri that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The 1st Missouri Light Artillery Regiment was formed 1 September 1861. Battery M fought at Island Number Ten, 1st Corinth, Iuka, and 2nd Corinth in 1862. The unit participated in several battles during the Vicksburg campaign in 1863. Battery M fought at Meridian, Fort DeRussy, Pleasant Hill, Yellow Bayou, and Tupelo in 1864. After serving on garrison duty in west Tennessee, the battery mustered out on 25 July 1865.
The 19th Pennsylvania Cavalry Regiment was a cavalry unit from Pennsylvania in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The regiment organized at Philadelphia between June and October 1863. After reporting at Washington, D.C. in November 1863, the unit was sent to fight in the Western Theater of the American Civil War. The regiment fought at Okolona, Brices Cross Roads, and Nashville, while one company was in action at Byram's Ford in Missouri. Thereafter, the regiment was assigned to occupation duties in Louisiana and Texas before being mustered out in May 1866.
