13i (or Canal 13 Internacional) was a Chilean pay television channel, that was launched as Canal 13's international broadcasting service.
Its programming consists of direct live broadcasts from channel 13 of Santiago, with additional news bulletins and programmes especially produced for the international feed.
From 1995 until 2001, Canal 13 had an international channel, called UCTV Chile, which was rebranded as 13i on 30 June 2014, available as both a pay television channel and a subscription-based online livestream.
Despite efforts to carry the 13i signal, it was not possible to achieve the results expected by Canal 13, in addition to the lack of interest from foreign cable operators to incorporate the signal into their schedule, which led to the closure of the international signal and the website. [1]

Canal 13 is a Chilean free-to-air television network. Informally known in Chile as El 13, it is the second oldest television station in the country. Launched on August 21, 1959, on VHF channel 2 in Santiago, it was founded by a group of engineers from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile. The station later moved its frequency to VHF channel 13, which gave rise to its current name. One of its most significant milestones was broadcasting the 1962 FIFA World Cup, which was hosted in Chile.

La Madrastra is a Chilean television soap opera created by Arturo Moya Grau, that aired on Canal 13 from April 21 to September 18, 1981, starring Jael Unger and Walter Kliche. The series, set in Los Angeles and Santiago between 1961 and 1981, depicts the memoirs of Marcia Espínola, a woman wrongfully accused of murder in America. Twenty years later, she is freed from prison, returning to Chile for revenge, and to see her children as their stepmother. La Madrastra having achieved both wide acclaim and commercial success with 80% television ratings, became a significant part of the 1980s Chilean popular culture.
Teletrece, also known as T13 or Tele 13, is the flagship daily evening television news programme of the Chilean television channel Canal 13. It is presented by journalists Ramón Ulloa and Mónica Pérez. First aired on 1 March 1970, it is currently the longest-running television programme and the second most watched national newscast in Chile.

The 2015 Chilean telethon is the 27th version of the solidarity campaign to be held in Chile, which sought to raise funds for the rehabilitation of children with motor disabilities. Its slogan was La hacemos todos. It was held from the Teatro Teletón from 22:00 on Friday, 27 November until 21:00 on Saturday November 28 and from Julio Martínez National Stadium from 22:00 in its final stretch. The event ended fulfilling the goal with a final count of CLP30,601,978,621.
