The 1930 Albanian Championship was the first edition of the Albanian National Championship, which ran from 6 April until 6 July 1930. It was the first-ever official football competition in Albania run by the newly formed Albanian Football Association, as the 1911 Fier Fair Football Tournament was not run by the AFA and is not yet recognised. The six original members were Urani, Teuta, Skënderbeu, Bashkimi Shkodran, Sportklub Tirana and Sportklub Vlora who agreed to play a ten-game format whereby each team would host each of their five rivals once with two points awarded for a win and one point awarded for a drawn game. The two teams with the most points at the end of the regular season of the competition would then enter a championship playoff where they would play each other twice and the champions would be crowned based on the aggregate score of the home and away ties, however this playoff was not actually played due to forfeit.

KFF Tirana AS Albanian football club

KFF Tirana AS are one of the first women football clubs in Albania.The club was formed in 2007 and competed in Albania's first ever competitive tournament which was run by the Football Association of Albania, along with Jubani Shkodër, Tropoje, Olimpik, Rubiku, Memaliaj, The Door Albania. Previously managed by former Albanian national team legend Altin Rraklli ,Captain Aurora Seranaj, who guided the team to success, Oltion Kernaja has taken over the management. However the 2009-10 feat has not been repeated so far.

Following the title win two seasons ago, KF Tirana added to their 23 titles to make it their record 24 title wins. KF Tirana played UEFA Europa League against Zalaegerszegi TE and FC Utrecht.

The 2012–13 season was Klubi i Futbollit Tirana's 74th competitive season, 74th consecutive season in the Kategoria Superiore and 92nd year in existence as a football club. Following the title win four seasons ago, KF Tirana added to their 23 titles to make it their record 24th title win. KF Tirana played UEFA Europa League against CS Grevenmacher and Aalesunds FK.

The 2011–12 season was Klubi i Futbollit Tirana's 73rd competitive season, 73rd consecutive season in the Kategoria Superiore and 91st year in existence as a football club. Following the title win three seasons ago, KF Tirana added to their 23 titles to make it their record 24th title win.
