The 1982 PBA All-Star Series is the first official North vs South All-Star Game series by the Philippine Basketball Association and was presented by Mello Yello.

The PBA North All-Stars defeated the South team with a more total points in the two-game series, 242-240. The South All-Stars won the first game in Cebu Coliseum, 122-119, on Saturday, October 23. The North team won the second game on the following day in Manila, 123-118. Arnie Tuadles was picked by co-players in the series as Most Valuable Player (MVP). The Toyota forward had a total of 70 points in two games, including a career-high 50 points made in Cebu. [1]

The 2004 PBA Fiesta Conference, or known as the 2004 Gran Matador Brandy-PBA Fiesta Conference for sponsorship reasons, was tournament held by the Philippine Basketball Association and the first ever edition of the PBA Fiesta Conference.

The National Basketball Conference was a regional-based basketball league in the Philippines formed in 2004. The league is sanctioned by the Philippine national sport association for basketball, the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas. Teams are also sponsored by the local government and sponsors. The 2010 PBA All-Star Weekend was the annual all-star weekend of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA)'s 2009–10 PBA season. The events were held from April 22 to 25, 2010 at the Puerto Princesa Coliseum, Puerto Princesa, Palawan. This was the first time that the PBA gave its hosting rights to the Province of Palawan.

The 2015 PBA All-Star Weekend, also known as the 2015 Smart-PBA All-Star for sponsorship reasons, was the annual all-star weekend of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA)'s 2014–15 season. The events were held at the Puerto Princesa Coliseum in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. This was the second time that Puerto Princesa hosted the all-star weekend. Highlighting the weekend was the return of the North vs. South format of the All-Star game.

The 2016 PBA All-Star Weekend was the annual all-star weekend of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA)'s 2015–16 season which was held on August 4–7, 2016 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City. This was the fourth All-Star Weekend that was held at the Coliseum, the first since 2009.

The 2015–16 Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) Philippine Cup Finals was the best-of-7 championship series of the 2015–16 PBA Philippine Cup, and the conclusion of the conference's playoffs. The Alaska Aces and the San Miguel Beermen competed for the 38th All-Filipino championship and the 116th overall championship contested by the league.

The 2019 PBA All-Star Weekend was the annual all-star weekend of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA)'s 2019 season. The events were held at the Calasiao Sports Complex in Calasiao, Pangasinan. Highlighting the weekend will be the return of the North vs. South format of the All-Star game.
