Peter Doohan was an Australian tennis player who won three consecutive Australian Hard Court Championships singles titles which remains an open era record for that tournament. He won a further two singles titles at the South Australian Open in 1984 and San Louis Potisi tournament in Italy in 1988. He also won five doubles titles during his career. The right-hander reached his highest Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) singles ranking of World No. 43 in August 1987.
Brian Levine, is a former South African tennis player who played professional tennis from 1982 through to 1988. In his career, Brian played in 24 Grand Slams. Brian's first major grand slam was Wimbledon in 1983 where he qualified for the doubles with a young 18-year-old called Stefan Edberg. Brian competed in over 200 tournaments worldwide on the ATP Tour.

Brad Gilbert is an American tennis coach and former professional tennis player. During his career he won 20 singles titles and achieved a career-high singles ranking of World No. 4 in 1990, and a career-high doubles ranking of World No. 18 four years prior. He won a bronze medal at the 1988 Olympics, and both a gold medal and a silver medal at the 1981 Maccabiah Games.
Ilie "Nasty" Năstase is a Romanian former world No. 1 professional tennis player, and one of the world's top players of the 1970s. He was ranked world No. 1 from 23 August 1973 to 2 June 1974.
Michael Robertson is a former South African-American, professional tennis player.
