The 1987-88 Zamalek SC season was Zamalek SC association football club's 78th season in existence. The club competed in the Egyptian Premier League, Egypt Cup, Afro-Asian Club Championship and the African Cup of Champions Clubs. The club were crowned champions of their domestic league, the Egyptian Premier League for the sixth time in their history because of a tie breaker on goal difference against the defending champions, Al Ahly SC. The Egyptian club also won the Egypt Cup, and the Afro-Asian Club Championship this season.

Egyptian Premier League Professional association football league in Egypt

The Egyptian Premier League, also known as WE Egyptian Premier League after the addition of title sponsor WE, is a professional association football league in Egypt and the top level of the Egyptian football league system. The league comprises 18 teams and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Egyptian Second Division. Seasons mostly run from August to May. Unlike most other leagues, all games are played all over the week.

The 2009–10 Egyptian Premier League is the fifty-third season of the Egyptian Premier League since its establishment in 1948. A total of 16 teams are contesting the league, with Al Ahly the defending champions for the fifth year in a row and for the thirty-fourth time in total. The Egyptian season began on 6 August 2009 and ended on 17 May 2010.

The 2009–10 Egypt Cup is the seventy-ninth season of the Egypt Cup since its establishment in 1921. A total of 48 teams are contesting for the Cup.

The 2011–12 Egyptian Premier League was the fifty-fifth season of the Egyptian Premier League since its establishment in 1948. The season began on 14 October 2011, with a total of 19 teams contesting the league. Al Ahly won the last seven league titles.
