Christopher Chung Shu-kun, SBS, JP was elected to the Legislative Council of Hong Kong in 2012, representing the Hong Kong Island constituency. He is also former chairman of Eastern District Council, and a former councillor from 1991 to 2015, representing the Yue Wan constituency. He is a veteran member of the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong, the flagship pro-Beijing party in Hong Kong. He was awarded the Silver Bauhinia Star by the Hong Kong SAR Government in 2017.

Tin Hau is one of the 13 constituencies of the Wan Chai District Council of Hong Kong. The seat elects one member of the council every four years. It was first created in Hong Kong district board elections, 1994. The constituency boundary is loosely based on the Tin Hau and Lai Tak Tsuen with estimated population of 15,051. It was transferred to the Wan Chai District in the District Council election in 2015.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Serenade (Hong Kong)</span> Housing area

Serenade is a private housing estate in Tai Hang, Causeway Bay, Wan Chai District, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. It has two residential towers each 53 storeys tall and a clubhouse with an outdoor swimming pool. Construction completed in January of 2010 with 275 flats. Before Serenade began construction, the site was occupied by Lai Sing Court.

Joseph Lai Chi-keong is a Hong Kong educator and politician. He is a former chairman of the Eastern District Council and former member of the Eastern District Council since 1988, having representing Fei Tsui from 1994 until 2021. He is member of the Civic Party and a former member of the Democratic Party and Urban Council.
