ANAPROF 2005 is the 2005 season of the Panamanian football (soccer) league, ANAPROF. The season started on February 11, 2005 with the "Torneo Apertura 2005" and finalized on November 12, 2005 with the Torneo Clausura 2005. The Apertura champion was Plaza Amador and the Clausura champion was San Francisco, on November 22, 2005 the ANAPROF 2005 final was played and Plaza Amador was crowned champion over San Francisco.

The Liga Panameña de Fútbol is the top division football league in Panama. Until 2009, the league was named Asociación Nacional Pro Fútbol (ANAPROF).
The Tauro Fútbol Club is a professional soccer club based in the district of Pedregal east of Panama City, Panama. It was founded on 22 September 1984 and has participated in the Panamanian Football League (LPF) since 1988. Its founder, Giancarlo Gronchi, was a fan of Juventus and for that reason the colours of the club and uniform are black and white. They have won thirteen championships between 1989 and 2017, making them the most successful club in the league.
Club Atlético Independiente de La Chorrera, also known as CAI or CAI de La Chorrera, is a Panamanian football club based in La Chorrera that currently plays in the Liga Panameña de Fútbol.
The ANAPROF Apertura 2007 season started on February 24, 2007. On May 27, 2007 the Apertura 2007 finalized with Tauro F.C. crowned seven time ANAPROF champion after beating San Francisco F.C. 2-0. Therefore, Tauro F.C. will participate in the Copa Interclubes UNCAF 2007.

The season started on February 3, 2006 with the "Torneo Apertura 2006" and finalized on November 25, 2006 with the Torneo Clausura 2006. The Apertura champion was San Francisco F.C. and the Clausura champion was Tauro F.C., on December 3, 2006 the ANAPROF 2006 final was played and San Francisco was crowned champion over Tauro.
The ANAPROF Clausura 2007 season started on August 3, 2007. On December 2, 2007 the Clausura 2007 finalized with San Francisco F.C. crowned four-time ANAPROF champion after beating Arabe Unido on penalties. Therefore both San Francisco F.C. and Arabe Unido will participate in the Copa Interclubes UNCAF 2008.
In Panamanian football, the ANAPROF Apertura 2008 season started on February 22, 2008. On May 31, 2008, the Apertura 2008 finalized with San Francisco F.C. crowned five time ANAPROF champion after beating Tauro F.C. 3–1.
The Primera A 2008 season started on February 23, 2008. The Apertura champions was Orión and the Clausura champion was Río Abajo F.C. On November 15, 2008 a grand final was played and Río Abajo were crowned champions after defeating 2–1 Orión. However Río Abajo lost the promotion play-off against Plaza Amador in a 3–2 aggregate score, thus failing to promote to ANAPROF.
The ANAPROF Clausura 2008 season started on July 25, 2008. On November 30, 2008 the Clausura 2008 finalized with Árabe Unido crowned four time ANAPROF champion after beating Tauro F.C. 3-2 after extra time. Therefore Árabe Unido will participate in the 2009–10 CONCACAF Champions League. Plaza Amador remained in the ANAPROF after beating Primera A 2008 champion Río Abajo F.C. with a 3-2 aggregate score. Therefore no team was relegated from ANAPROF for the second consecutive year.
ANAPROF 2004 is the 2004 season of the Panamanian football league, ANAPROF. The season started on February 13, 2004, with the Torneo Apertura Bellsouth 2004 and finalized on November 7, 2004, with the Torneo Clausura Bellsouth 2004. Both the Apertura and Clausura champion was Arabe Unido, therefore, for the third time in ANAPROF history, Arabe Unido were crowned ANAPROF 2004 champions without the need to play a grand final.

The champion of both the opening and closing tournaments were Tauro; therefore, for the second time in history, Tauro were crowned ANAPROF champions without the need to play a grand final.

Because of a restructuring of the calendar of the season, this season will contain three tournaments to bring the season to a fall-spring season.
