The ANAPROF Clausura 2007 season (officially "Torneo Clausura 2007") started on August 3, 2007. On December 2, 2007 the Clausura 2007 finalized with San Francisco F.C. crowned four-time ANAPROF champion after beating Arabe Unido on penalties. Therefore both San Francisco F.C. and Arabe Unido will participate in the Copa Interclubes UNCAF 2008.

Club Deportivo Árabe Unido is a professional football club located in Colón, Panama that plays in Liga Panameña de Fútbol, the top tier of the Panamanian football pyramid. The club plays its games in Estadio Armando Dely Valdés.
The Liga Panameña de Fútbol is the top division football league in Panama. Until 2009, the league was named Asociación Nacional Pro Fútbol (ANAPROF).
The Tauro Fútbol Club is a professional soccer club based in the district of Pedregal east of Panama City, Panama. It was founded on 22 September 1984 and has participated in the Panamanian Football League (LPF) since 1988. Its founder, Giancarlo Gronchi, was a fan of Juventus and for that reason the colours of the club and uniform are black and white. They have won thirteen championships between 1989 and 2017, making them the most successful club in the league.
Club Atlético Independiente de La Chorrera, also known as CAI or CAI de La Chorrera, is a Panamanian professional football club based in La Chorrera, that competes in the Liga Panameña de Fútbol.

On November 15, 2008 a grand final was played and Río Abajo were crowned champions after defeating 2–1 Orión. However Río Abajo lost the promotion play-off against Plaza Amador in a 3–2 aggregate score, thus failing to promote to ANAPROF.

Therefore Árabe Unido will participate in the 2009–10 CONCACAF Champions League. Plaza Amador remained in the ANAPROF after beating Primera A 2008 champion Río Abajo F.C. with a 3-2 aggregate score. Therefore, no team was relegated from ANAPROF for the second consecutive year.

Both the Apertura and Clausura champion was Arabe Unido, therefore, for the third time in ANAPROF history, Arabe Unido were crowned ANAPROF 2004 champions without the need to play a grand final.

The 2010–11 Liga Panameña de Fútbol season is the 23rd season of top-flight football in Panama. Because of a restructuring of the calendar of the season, this season will contain three tournaments to bring the season to a fall-spring season. The season began on January 15, 2010, and is scheduled to end in May 2011. Ten teams will complete throughout the entire season.
The ANAPROF 1999–2000 season was the twelfth season since its establishment. It began on August 1, 1999, and ended on January 30, 2000. 10 teams competed in the league, 9 of which returned from the previous season and 1 of which was promoted from Primera A.
The 2011–12 Liga Panameña de Fútbol season is the 24th season of top-flight football in Panama. The season began on 15 July 2011 and ended in May 2012 with Chepo winning the final. Ten teams completed throughout the season.
The 2015 Copa Panamá was the 1st season of the annual Panamanian knockout football cup competition. Thirty-two clubs from the first to the third tier of the Panamanian football league system participated in this year's competition which began on 5 August 2015 with the first of five rounds and ended on 9 December 2015 with the final at the Estadio Maracaná in Panama City.
The 2023 Liga Panameña de Fútbol or 2023 Liga LPF was the 36th season of the Liga Panameña de Fútbol (LPF), the top-flight football league in Panama, and the fourth under the management of the Liga Panameña de Fútbol. The season began on 13 January 2023, when the Apertura tournament started, and ended on 12 November 2023 with the Clausura tournament Final.
