The winner of each pool automatically advanced to the semi-finals and the teams placed in second and third met in crossed matches in the quarterfinals round. Mexico win the event.

The C division competition was held from April 13 to 17 at the Brașov Olympic Ice Rink in Brașov, Romania.

The 2020 World Junior Curling Championships was held from February 15 to 22 at the Crystal Ice Arena in Krasnoyarsk, Russia.
