Jans chose to play with Vladimíra Uhlířová and Rosolska participated up with Marta Domachowska. They met in the second round and unseeded pair won in three sets. Rosolska and Domachowska were defeated by Maria Kondratieva and Yaroslava Shvedova in the semifinals.
Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci won in the final 6–4, 6–2, against Kondratieva and Shvedova.

The women's doubles Tournament at the 2007 Banka Koper Slovenia Open took place between October 29 and November 4 on outdoor hard courts in Portorož, Slovenia. Lucie Hradecká and Renata Voráčová won the title, defeating Andreja Klepač and Elena Likhovtseva in the final.

This was the first edition of the tournament since 2008, when Cara Black and Liezel Huber won the title. Black and Huber chose not to participate this year.

2015 WTA Elite Trophy doubles was a doubles tennis competition held as part of the 2015 WTA Elite Trophy tournament. 2015 was the event's first year. Liang Chen and Wang Yafan won the title, defeating Anabel Medina Garrigues and Arantxa Parra Santonja in the final, 6–4, 6–3.

Adriana Serra Zanetti and Antonella Serra Zanetti were the defending champions, but chose not to participate that year.

Tatiana Perebiynis and Silvija Talaja were the defending champions, but Perebiynis did not compete this year. Talaja teamed up with Stéphanie Cohen-Aloro and lost in semifinals to tournament winners Nuria Llagostera Vives and Marta Marrero.

Anabel Medina Garrigues and Arantxa Sánchez Vicario were the defending champions, but none competed this year.
