The 2009 BAFL Season is the British American Football League. BritBowl XXIII, the league's championship game, was scheduled to be played at Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster on 27 September 2009.

BAFL 2 Playoff

The BAFL 2 Playoffs are split geographically between the North and the South. The Southern half of the draw includes the conferences champions from each of the East, South East and South West. The Northern half includes conferences champions from the Scottish, Northern and Central conferences. There is a wild card team from each of the North and the South.

The British American Football League (BAFL) was the United Kingdom's primary American Football league from 1998 until 2010. It was formerly known as the British Senior League (BSL) until 2005. BAFL was the trading name for Gridiron Football League Ltd incorporated as a Company limited by guarantee. Registration number: 2353839. Keepmoat Stadium football stadium

Keepmoat Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in Doncaster, England, with a capacity of 15,231. It cost approximately £20 million to construct, as part of the wider complex it resides within which in total cost approximately £32 million, and is used by Doncaster Rovers, Doncaster Rugby League Club and Doncaster Rovers Belles Ladies Football Club.

London Blitz are a British American football team based in Finsbury Park, North London. They compete in the BAFA Premier Division South and play their home games at the Finsbury Park, Athletics Stadium. The club were formed in 1995 and are five-time BritBowl winners and won the EFAF Cup in 2011.

Colchester Gladiators

The Colchester Gladiators are an American Football team competing in the South East National League of British American Football League (BAFL). They play their home games at the Colchester Rugby Club in Colchester, Essex and train at the Sir Charles Lucas Centre for Sport and Art in Colchester. The club was first formed in 1983 and entered senior competition in 1985 where they enjoyed a degree of success, winning the Budweiser League Premier Division playoffs in 1988 and only failing to make the post season playoffs on three occasions before the team folded in 1995. They reformed again in 2003 after a high-profile charity reunion match which featured TV presenter Dermot O'Leary. The Gladiators entered the BAFL the following year, gaining promotion in 2006 only to be relegated after just one season. The Gladiators went on to win the 2013 National League title after recording an unbeaten 13–0 season.

The BritBowl is the championship game of the British American Football Association Community Leagues, and formerly the British American Football League (BAFL) in the United Kingdom. It is the most prestigious of the league's three bowl games that constitute BritBowl Weekend. Only teams in the Premier Division of BAFL are eligible to compete in BritBowl. The lower divisions have their own championship games.

The Coventry Jets were an American football team based in Coventry, England. Team ceased to exist in 2018.

West Coast Trojans

The West Coast Trojans were an amateur American Football team based at Pro-Life Gym in Paisley, Scotland. In their final season, the Trojans competed in the BAFANL Division 2 North.

South Wales Warriors

The South Wales Warriors are a British American Football team based in Llanharan, Mid Glamorgan, Wales. They play in SFC 2 West for the 2019 season. The team was formed in 2001 after the Tiger Bay Warriors had disbanded due to the departure of head coach Rob Mota, along with key staff and players, by the remaining players and staff; the staff used equipment, resources and shirts from the folded Tiger Bay Warriors for economical purposes.

Gateshead Senators are a British American football Team based in South Tyneside at Monkton Stadium.

East Kilbride Pirates

The East Kilbride Pirates are a British American Football team based in Glasgow, Scotland. They currently play in the British American Football Association's National Leagues NFC 1 North conference and are both the most successful and the oldest surviving American Football team in Scotland having been formed in 1985. The club were 2011 British Champions and are eleven-time Conference champions. They currently play home games at Braidholm, home of Glasgow Hutchesons Aloysians RFC.

The Doncaster Mustangs are an American football team representing Doncaster, England. They currently play their home matches at the athletics stadium next to The Keepmoat Stadium, the home of Doncaster Rovers & Doncaster. They were established in the autumn of 2002 and now play in Midland Football Conference 1 (MFC1) of the BAFA Community Leagues.

Birmingham Bulls (American football) British American football team

The Birmingham Bulls are an American football team based in Birmingham, United Kingdom. They play their home games at Kings Norton RFC in Hopwood. They are a member of the NFC Division Two South in the BAFA National Leagues.

Dundee Hurricanes

The Dundee Hurricanes are an amateur American football team based in Dundee, Scotland. They are currently a non-league club, affiliated with the governing association BAFA.

London Warriors

The London Warriors are a British American Football club based in Thornton Heath, London and currently play in the BAFA Premier Division South for the 2018 season. They were formed in 2007 as the London Cobras and were senior outfit for the London Warriors youth team. They are five-time BritBowl champions, with their most recent victory coming against the Tamworth Phoenix in Britbowl XXXII. They play their home games at Streatham-Croydon RFC.

Leicester Falcons

The Leicester Falcons are a British American football team based in Hinckley, Leicestershire, England. The Falcons will play in the Premier Division (North) of the British American Football Association National Leagues in 2019, and are the current Division 1 champions.

The 2008 BAFL Season is the British American Football League. BritBowl XXII, the league's championship game, was scheduled to be played at Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster on September 21, 2008. The regular season began on May 4 with the BritBowl champions London Blitz defeating the Gateshead Senators 48-0.

The 2007 BAFL Season is the British American Football League. BritBowl XXI, the league's championship game, was scheduled to be played at Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster on September 23, 2007.

Nottingham Caesars

The Nottingham Caesars are a British American football team based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England. The Caesars field a senior team in the BAFA NFC 1 South for the 2017 season. The team is affectionately known by its players and fans as "The Big C" and was formed in 1984 initially as the youth team of the Nottingham Hoods. They currently play their home games at the Harvey Hadden Stadium in the Bilborough district of Nottingham. The club played in the BAFA Premier Division in both the 2013 and 2014 seasons before being placed in the second tier of British American Football following a reshuffle of the League structure. They hold three Divisional titles to their name having won their division in 1995, 2003 and 2008. They were also the 1997 BritBowl runners-up.

Tamworth Phoenix

The Tamworth Phoenix are a British American football team based in Coleshill, Warwickshire who currently play in the BAFA Premier Division North. They are the current BAFA Premier North Division Champions, and won Britbowl XXXI in 2017. They play their home games at Coleshill Town Football Club and are three-time Divisional Champions having won the Premier North in three consecutive seasons from 2016–2018.

The BAFA National Leagues are the primary American football competition in England, Scotland and Wales. They were formed by the British American Football Association in 2010 following the collapse of the British American Football League to coordinate contact football within Great Britain. There are currently 62 teams who compete in 12 divisions across three levels of football. The 10 teams who contest both the Premier Division North and South compete to reach the Britbowl. The current champions are the London Warriors and are also the most successful having won 6 titles. BAFA also operate a flag football, Women's division as well as a Youth league across all age ranges.
