Eastern League (baseball)

The Eastern League played at the Double-A level since 1963. The league was founded in 1923 as the New York–Pennsylvania League. The first team outside the two original states was created in 1936 when the York White Roses of York, Pennsylvania moved to Trenton, New Jersey and were renamed the Trenton Senators. The league was renamed the Eastern League in 1938 when the Scranton Miners of Scranton, Pennsylvania moved to Hartford, Connecticut and became the Hartford Bees.

Gulf Coast League

The Gulf Coast League is a rookie-level Minor League Baseball league that operates in Florida, United States. Together with the Arizona League, it forms the lowest rung on the North American minor-league ladder. GCL teams play at the minor league spring training complexes of their parent Major League Baseball clubs and are owned by those parent clubs. Admission is not charged and no concessions are operated at the teams' games.

Watford F.C. Association football club in England

Notts County Football Club is a professional association football club based in Nottingham, England. The team participates in the National League, the fifth tier of the English football league system. Founded in 1862, they are the oldest professional association football club in the world, and predate The Football Association itself. The club became one of the 12 founder members of the Football League in 1888. They are nicknamed the "Magpies" due to the black and white colour of their home strip, which inspired Italian club Juventus to adopt the colours for their kit in 1903. After playing at different home grounds during their first fifty years, including Trent Bridge, the club moved to Meadow Lane in 1910 and have remained there since. Notts County hold a local rivalry with city neighbours Nottingham Forest, as well as with other nearby clubs such as Mansfield Town.

Selhurst Park Football stadium in London, England

Selhurst Park is an association football stadium located in the London suburb of Selhurst in the Borough of Croydon. It is the home ground of Crystal Palace Football Club playing in the Premier League. The stadium was designed by Archibald Leitch and opened in 1924. The stadium has hosted one international football match as well as games for the 1948 Summer Olympics. Part of the stadium incorporates a branch of Sainsbury's. Dominican Summer League

The Dominican Summer League is a branch of affiliated Minor League Baseball which is played in the Dominican Republic. The league was founded in 1985. After the demise of the Venezuelan Summer League after the 2015 season, it is the only Latin America-based rookie league.

Ian Greaves English footballer and manager

Ian Denzil Greaves was an English football player and manager. He was born in Crompton, Lancashire. He won a League Championship medal and an FA Cup runners-up medal while playing full-back for Manchester United between 1953 and 1960. He was not with the United team when eight of their players died in the Munich air disaster on 6 February 1958, as he was ruled out by injury. He was the first player to occupy the left-back position at United after the death of captain Roger Byrne at Munich.

League of Ireland First Division

The League of Ireland First Division, also known as the SSE Airtricity League First Division, is the second level division in both the League of Ireland and the Republic of Ireland football league system. The division was formed in 1985. It replaced the League of Ireland B Division as the League of Ireland's second level division. Since 2003 the First Division has operated as a summer league.

League of Ireland Premier Division

The League of Ireland Premier Division, also known as the SSE Airtricity League Premier Division, is the top level division in both the League of Ireland and the Republic of Ireland football league system. The division was formed in 1985 following a reorganisation of the League of Ireland. St Patrick's Athletic and Bohemians are the only current League of Ireland clubs never to have been relegated from the Premier Division. Since 2003 the Premier Division has operated as a summer league.

Prospect League

The Prospect League is a collegiate summer baseball league comprising teams of college players from North America and beyond. All players in the league must have NCAA eligibility remaining in order to participate. So as to maintain their college eligibility, players are not paid. Beginning in 2012, the league added four games to the season, making a total of 60 games per team.

The Dominican Summer Blue Jays are a baseball team in the Dominican Summer League. The DSL is a rookie level competition, and therefore the team is a rookie affiliate. The team plays in the San Pedro de Macorís division.

Aaron Craft American basketball player

Aaron Vincent Craft is an American former professional basketball player who last played for Aquila Basket Trento of the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). He played college basketball for Ohio State University.

Erick Green

Erick O'Brien Green is an American professional basketball player for the Bahçeşehir Koleji of the Turkish Basketbol Süper Ligi (BSL). He finished the 2012–13 NCAA Division I season as the top scorer in the nation at 25.0 points per game. Green was selected by the Utah Jazz with the 46th overall pick in the 2013 NBA draft, but was later traded to the Denver Nuggets.
