Arizona Impact were an American indoor soccer team, founded in 2013. The Arizona Impact competed in the Premier Arena Soccer League and Major Arena Soccer League 2 and played their home matches at the Arizona Sports Complex in Glendale, Arizona.

Former indoor soccer professional player Rick Soderman was named the first Arizona Impact head coach in October 2013. Soderman had a seven-year career (19932000) playing with six teams. Soderman resigned as head coach on November 16, 2015 and was replaced by team captains Ryan Hays and Ami Hanan on an interim basis. [1] Mike Cudmore was named head coach on January 27, 2016. [2]

Women

The club also fielded a women's team, Impact FC to which Rick Soderman was named head coach of in May 2014. In the 2014 PASL Summer National Tournament [3] Impact FC won a four-team tournament to be crowned summer national champions.

The 2012–13 Arizona Storm season was the second and final season of the Arizona Storm professional indoor soccer club. The Storm, a Southwestern Division team in the Professional Arena Soccer League, played their home games in the Arizona Sports Complex in Glendale, Arizona. The team was led by general manager/assistant coach Steven Green and head coach Rino Green.

The 2012–13 Real Phoenix season was the first and only season of the Real Phoenix professional indoor soccer club. Real Phoenix, a Southwestern Division team in the Professional Arena Soccer League, played their first six home games in the Barney Family Sports Complex in the greater Phoenix suburb of Queen Creek, Arizona. The team played the final two home games of the season at the Arizona Sports Complex in Glendale, Arizona. The 2013 Sidekicks Premier season was the first season of the Premier Arena Soccer League affiliate of the Dallas Sidekicks professional indoor soccer club. The 2013–14 Professional Arena Soccer League season was the sixth season for the PASL, an American professional indoor soccer league. The regular season started on November 1, 2013 and ended on February 16, 2014. After regional playoffs in late February, the three regional winners and host Chicago Mustangs competed at the Sears Centre for the Ron Newman Cup on March 15–16, 2014. The Mustangs capped a perfect season by winning the league championship.

After taking off the 2018 season in the hopes of returning in 2019 in a more Professional league, those ambitions never came into place and around midway through 2019, the team ceased operations. They last played in the National Premier Soccer League in the fourth tier of American soccer.
